Excellent service from airport collection to discharge to the hotel. My partner and I were welcomed warmly by the coordinator and by John (who made sure we met our pick up via whatsapp) at the airport and Erhaz (our lovely translator) at the hospital. The hospital staff were all kind and professional. The dieticians explained the meal plans well and are fast to reply when I have questions. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you all so much.

I think the service and the schedule of the service is great I only had one issue with the ECG doctor not being at that hospital but they took me to her at no extra cost. I can’t fault the service, I do wish I had seen my surgeon a bit more as he seemed lovely the few times he came to check on me but very busy I imagine as he would check and leave but wish me the best. The nurses on the ward would come and check me regularly and if I had an pain would quickly help me. I didn’t find the language barrier hard as I had an interpreter the first day and after that if I had any complex questions I would simply use google translate with the nurses and it worked well. Overall the service is great and the hotel they booked for me is lovely even the transport team vehicles make you feel like a VIP and they are always on time…. Currently seeing the rest of my trip in the hotel WOW instabul and they will be sorting my transport to the airport also. Thank you Novemed.

One week post op feel fantastic ! 11/10/22 Sleeve. From day 1 at home booking it the customer service is excellent. You ask a question you get a reply within minutes. Collection from airport with ease to beautiful hotel .I spoke with Angela and Dietition Sumeyra mostly on group chat . Dr Necdet Derici did sleeve . Hospital spotless and modern.No barrier issue speaking or they use phone translator. Detailed pre opp ( all results printed and given to you to take to your home Dr) Found Gallstones so had gallbladder removed same time. Dr Derici is lovely and did a fantastic job , uses 3 staples and leak test next day. He comes in daily to check your happy all ok and very friendly, everyone is friendly. Loads of food offered to Husband and kettle in room for drinks ,Cafe downstairs . Lift back to Hotel with a goody bag of fresh items of drinks for rest of week , shakes, cup …Still messaged in Hotel to check all ok . Got home and checking on me plus diet plans sent and food aims .So glad I picked this Hospital. I picked because of reviews online plus I follow a few others on TikTok who had been and spoke to them personally.

Well just back from my gastric sleeve procedure in Istanbul and can not fault the service from arrival. All the staff encountered were extremely helpful. The surgeon was fantastic and very approachable as was dietitian. The what’s app group used has been great help as I certainly haven’t taken everything in and often ask my questions here.

From the minute I arrived in to Istanbul the company was amazing. Very helpful, supportive and very organised. I was very nervous for surgery but all staff was supportive. All tests were done so quick and my gastric sleeve surgery was the day after. I would highly recommend Novemed.

Hi everyone, I would like to thank everyone from Novemed involved in my experience. Starting from my consultant Angela,translation was great thanks to Tanya,all the nurses and of course Op.Dr Necdet Derici. From my initial contact with Novemed and Angela everything was smooth and easy, all my questions and concerns were answered promptly and in great detail, been picked up from the airport as arranged, hotel was nice , on the day of the operation everything went smoothly, round the clock support by number of day and night nurses. So I would like to thank them all for the support through that big step in my life. I recommend them highly and definitely will advise anybody to use their services with confidence

Had surgery with Dr Zubayer. From arranging everything to having the surgery everything was easy and the care was excellent in the main. My biggest bug bear was the language barrier. Sometimes asking for pain or anti sickness medication was an issue but can’t fault the efforts of the staff otherwise. The Dr also decided to add some tests when I was in the hospital which we found out on discharge came at an extra cost. Blood gas and a breathing test cost £250. There are also different terms for foods like clear liquids doesn’t necessarily mean see-through. It means smooth and thin. On discharge, was given a meal plan but the meat broth wasn’t available in the hotel so had to make use of protein water I brought from home. My wife came with me but struggled to eat the food in the hospital as it was very carb based and she has also previously had a sleeve so needed more protein.

I would highly recommend using Novamed, the care the hospital staff gave was Amaximg and the attention to detail from the whole te fr start to finish was the most professional I have come across, slight hiccup with the transport from the airport but not the fault of the team and John stayed on the phone with me the whole time to make sure I was safe(genuine) mix up. But the medical care attention I received was better than home. Big shout out to the nurses and Surgeon I would definitely recommend and Thankyou x

Excellent hospital for gastric sleeve surgery. I came from the UK to do gastric sleeve procedure. Everything was arranged and handled so well. Staff was kind. Dr Muhammed Zübeyr Üçüncü was super professional and caring. Hotel was lovely and the hospital staff were amazing with the patient care and attention . Communication was constant with the group chat and all questions answered especially with Rosa and Taylor and the others. Very minor discomfort and looking forward to have new look and be much healthier too .

I went to novemed from the north east of the uk for gastric sleeve surgery. From start to finish absolutely everything was perfect and I received the best service from everyone at the company and at the hospital. Every nurse and doctor provided the best care to me before and after surgery. My IV fluids/ pain killers/ antibiotics etc were constantly full and they helped me with absolutely everything. I healed so well after the surgery had no complications or complaints at all. The translators and representatives were so so friendly and informative. Just every single person I met was lovely and looked after me so nicely and I really couldn’t recommend coming here enough. Transfers were easy as it was all planned out for us by the company and everything just went so so smoothly. I’ll never forget the amazing care and lovely experience. Thankyou so much.

This is the most amazing place you can think of having any sort of surgery at all in Turkey. More especially Bariatric surgery. My Surgeon Muhammed Ucuncu of Novemed is awesome. The treatment from Hospital to hotel is top notch! There’s nurses station, crash trolleys, staff, etc, on every level/floor of the hospital. They’re in at your bedside before you even finish pressing the buzzer. Everything is like our UK 🇬🇧 standard and more than. I already recommend a few friends booking to come now. Nikky

Came from USA to Turkey for gastric sleeve surgery with Novemed. Everything was handled so smoothly from planning, to hotel, diet, transportation and the actual surgery. Hospital was clean and modern. Staff was extremely professional, helpful and kind. Very little pain and better treatment than I'd get in the US. Highly recommend.

I’m 8 weeks post op and couldn’t feel better. Very thankful to everyone from Novemed team. All the support since before the surgery to the travel, airport transportations, the support in the hospital and the follow up after surgery has been incredible! I was definitely scared but if would repeat this experience would choose Novemed all over again.
