I have had a really good experience at this hospital, I had a gastric sleeve operation which went really well. They are very well organized, efficient and professional. Their service and medical care is impeccable. I am very satisfied with the quality of the care and treatment I have received and highly recommend this hospital to anyone needing gastric sleeve operation.

I had a gastric sleeve 2 days ago. Honestly it's been a really positive experience. I remember reading these reviews as part of my research so I hope my review helps someone with their decision. The standard of care I received at the hospital has been brilliant. The language barrier has not been an issue at all, the nursing staff seem experienced in using Google translate or picking up on what you're trying to say. I was checked on frequently and given regular fluids, antibiotics and pain relief without having to ask. The hotel is lovely, though the bed is slightly too hard for me. The staff were helpful and friendly. I cannot fault my experience so far. Its all very well organised and efficient. You're looked after and cared for. I'm pleased I made the choice and have no regrets about the company I chose.

I have just used Novamed for a gastric sleeve surgery, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. From the start they were so informative and had great communication. When arriving in Turkey there were no problems at all, everything went smoothly. They made me so comfortable on surgery day and the aftercare I have received has been fantastic. My surgeon was fantastic as were the nurses who helped me to get back on my feet. As a team they were very attentive answering any questions I had once in the hotel. Thank you to my surgeon, nurses and all of the amazing team at Novamed I am so grateful. The aftercare has been absolutely brilliant, with weekly and monthly check ups. They seem to genuinely care, they even messaged me wishing me luck just before my wedding day as they had remembered. I am so much healthier and happier now, couldn’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely amazing service from the very beginning. Organiser John was super super helpful with everything from flights issues to hotel booking to surgery information and everything else in between. Doctor was very professional and reassuring. Nurses were brilliant kept checking on me kept asking If i needed anything or if my companion needed anything. Dieticians and translators super welcoming and accommodating. Visited me everyday whilst I was there. Answered all questions thoroughly. Have been in touch ever since I have returned to my hometown to make sure I am okay. Extremely happy and overly satisfied with my decision of visiting Novemed for my gastric sleeve. Highly recommended.

Since the first contact I was convinced that it was a good choice. I had all my questions answered promptly and I had no worries since leaving Ireland until after surgery. Everyone on the team, doctors and nurses were amazing! It was a great experience and I feel grateful!

Everything was so well organised from i arrived until it was time to go home again. The staff were really helpful and we had translators at hand when needed. The hospital was clean and the surgeon visited me every day to make sure I was ok. i was given pain relief when needed and the nutritionist kept me right with what I could have and the plan for the future.

Tretment was very good. Everything wentbso quick with no stress. Stuff was very nice and helpful. I would recomend a Novamed Center.

John and Rachel and Svetlana could not have been more kind and the standard of nursing was exceptionally high. i would not hesitate to use them if anyone is thinking of getting gastric surgery .. you wont regret it

My experience with the team was first class, from initial conversations, the to booking process, to the surgeon and his medical team to my aftercare following my surgery, to now and the follow up support I get from the dietician. I honestly can't fault them jn anyway, they looked after me, put k6self and my oaryner at ease, were able to answer all and any questions we had about the process.
