Had a great experience with EsteNove and recommended if you are considering a hair transplant. The team was great and started with Zoe in getting all the information and easy booking and went through all the steps especially coming from the US. Once I got here Seren was here throughout the whole process during the procedure and the day after during the washing and made the entire process really easy in addition to be being the translator and making it easy. The transplant team was great and really took care of all the details.

I was referred to this place by my brother and his experience with EsteNove was great and his results were immaculate then I planned on getting my transplant with EsteNove which I did on May, 24 2022. It was an excellent experience throughout the entire procedure. They had me picked up from the airport and provided a 4 star hotel to stay for three nights. My overall experience with EsteNove was awesome. As far as the results of the procedure are concerned, it's too soon to say anything because everyone's results are different. My brother had an amazing results and he told me the team that did his procedure was different than the current one so I will see once I get my hair back and then I can leave a comment on how amazing the outcome was. Super support as soon as I arrived at the airport, There is great communication between you because in terms of organization you are really on top and very punctual in terms of meeting times, this allowed me to concentrate just about my hair transplant and everything else so you were able to handle it all! Three quarters of people do not embark on the adventure because they are afraid of finding themselves in a hotel or transport problem, but here I assure you that this is not the case I have really zero English and thanks to the translator( Najla, Mine and Baris) Everything went like clockwork😉 The hospital is very clean like a laboratory and all the staff very welcoming and kind as anything! If I had to do it again, I wouldn't hesitate. A big thank you to the whole Estenove team 🙏 I still have to follow your advice to be able to have a result as promised 😊

I underwent my hair transplant yesterday at Este Nove and I would highly recommend using this company if you are considering a hair transplant. Our main contact Alara was so informative and helpful. The clinic was very modern and impressive. The operation itself was pain-free except for the injections for the local anesthetic which did hurt but this takes only a few mins. Fantastic job from all the team and a special mention to our very professional translator Baris.

I have done a lot of study and I have found them as one of the best Hair Transplant clinic. From consultation to surgery everything went very smoothly, 5 star hotel accommodation with complimentary breakfast was included. They planned and explained me every steps befroe the surgery. They could have taken more grafts from my donor area but they didn't in order to protect my donor area but it was nicely done. Not painful, they also opened the dressing next day and washed the area. Instructions for further steps were given as well. Moreover, I would like to thank Dr. Zafar, Murat and Kubran and the entire team for their assistance. Thank you. 👍

Great experience at EsteNove! The doctors, nurses, Jason and Ilayda especially were key to the overall 5 star experience! The attention to details and care pre/ post care is top notch! The shuttle service to and from the airport to the hotel to the clinic were all thought out and left me stress free though out the whole process. I would recommend EsteNove!

I visited Istanbul last week to have a hair transplant with Este Nove and this is my genuine review. I did a lot of reading on the web to find the most suitable provider and there seemed to be many genuine positive reviews about este nove. There does appear to an industry wide plethora of fake reviews nonetheless. Upon engaging with Este Nove (EN), I received a very warm hello from a rep called Zoe via WhatsApp. From that moment on, Zoe was brilliantly detailed, organised and made me feel like the only customer they had. After sharing photos and availability, Zoe booked me in from 3 weeks. I wanted to pay a little extra for the surgeon to do my incisions, so we agreed the price on their website. I paid a small deposit and booked my flights. Zoe had planned to arrange a hotel I chose but it was full on my dates, so I decided to book my own - I should have left it to Zoe but I suppose I was still a little apprehensive about doing a foreign op. The price was taken off my bill. Before I left for Istanbul, I was added to a WhatsApp group with Zoe and other EN staff, including nurses, transport, hospital admin and a translator for my arrival. Brilliant comms and organisation. Zoe even went out of her way to answer some sight seeing questions I had. Arriving at the airport, I followed the very clear instructions and me a guy waiting for me for a VIP ride to the hotel I had booked. The van was very nice and better than I expected. No hassle whatsoever. The night before the op, I was sent a message in the WhatsApp group about pick up time and what to bring etc. The next morning I was collected exactly on time and brought to the hospital. I was given a really warm welcome on arrival by Kübra, the really kind and beautiful translator. Her English was impeccable and I felt really looked after during my time there. Kübra answered any concerns I had and and was with me every step of the way, explaining what was happening at each step of the op. The nurses and surgeon actually spoke decent English and they all seemed very sincere. The hospital itself was also very nice - similar to a good standard private hospital in the UK - so far better than your typical NHS hospital. The op itself was about 6.5 hours. First two hours of anaesthesia and removal of 5,000 hairs, followed by about 30 mins of incisions from the surgeon, three hours for transplantation and about an hour to do final checks, bandaging etc. the only semi painful part was getting the anaesthesia but they used a device which made it not too bad. I did a little video with the camera lady, who was also great - which I assume they’ll add on Instagram. I was also given a pack with a sleeping pillow, shampoo and some other helpful bits in. Nice touch. After the op I was given all advice for that night and taken back to my hotel in the VIP taxi van. Next day at about 12pm I was picked up and taken back to hospital where Kübra was there to arrive me with a big smile and loads of advice for aftercare. I had my first wash and bandages removed by one of the nurses and then I decided to purchase one of the 6 months packs for treatment. I knew to keep my hair in good shape that I’d need regular maintenance as I’d already been told that in a UK based consultation. They didn’t try to hard sell me but I was happy to purchase at a rate slightly cheaper than online was offering for the same product. I must say, that the experience with Kübra the translator, made this a very positive experience both operatively and emotionally. Although I wasn’t particularly nervous, I can imagine how helpful this would be for those her are. I would have no hesitation in recommending EN and I would be more than happy to be contacted by other folk who like me, we’re sceptical trying to source the right provider online. Even after arriving back in the UK, EN are continuing to follow up giving advice on how to sit, wash and maintain eat results. They are asking for regular photos and have advised they will continue aftercare for a good while. Thank you EN, particularly Zoe and Kübra - you were great!

I just got my hair transplant done and honestly iam very happy the whole team of estenove were awesome and professional. I Highly recommend this clinic also the translator kubra she was awesome explained everything to me.

My experience at the clinic was very good. The doctors are very friendly and respectful. They also have personal translators for each patient who also explain everything the patient needs to know about the procedure, process, and after care of the hair transplant surgery. The staff are very caring and well concerned of their patients. I’m happy with my operation and can’t wait to see my end results soon. Overall, I am glad i trusted my time and money into this clinic and their packages. Worth it, big time.

Had my transplant done just over 2 weeks ago. Couldn’t have gone smoother! From the pick up at the airport, to the hotel and transport to the clinic. Every thing was taken care of. Great experience from the minute they had me and my family picked up from the airport. I was in contact with Battu prior to arriving. He was great! Very informative and then when I arrived at the hospital for my hair transplant, Selen took over and she was also very helpful and informative. Doctor Zafar and his team made me and my brother feel very comfortable and also gave us their recommendations too in terms of hair line and possible outcomes etc, which helped massively as it felt like everyone is genuinely interested in the success of your investment.
