This is a review of the process and the clinic itself. I will update it after a few months with the transplant results. ## Pre-Transplant One of the reasons for me to select Este-Nove for the transplant was efficient communication. Melissa from the team was readily available and answered all of my questions. This gave me the confidence to choose the clinic. The booking experience was also top-notch, and I received all the information well in time. The doctor did a photo-based pre-assessment and suggested a hybrid (FUE + DHI) method. ## The Logistics Everything was very well organized, from my arrival in Turkey to my departure. I was traveling with a friend, and the Este Nove team booked a double room for us at no additional charge. Although we could not get a 4-star hotel, it was still a decent one not very far from the clinic. The transfer services were well-organized, and the prick-up transport was always on time. The translator was well-versed in English and tried her best to explain every aspect of the procedure. ## The Transplant This was the most critical aspect of the overall experience, which went very positively. A hair transplant should be treated like any other surgical process and done in a well-equipped facility by trained professionals. The procedure was done in a large hospital with the capability of dealing with any emergency, which I think is essential. Also, the procedure room was clean and hygienic. On arrival at the clinic, the doctor did an assessment and asked me questions about how I wanted my hairline to be reconstructed. After that, I was introduced to the team. The extraction team was very professional and considerate. After that, the doctor opened the channel for FUE implants. Then, a specialized DHI team performed the DHI process. During the procedure, the doctor periodically visited and supervised. Also, the translator checked on me and asked if I needed anything every few minutes. In my case, the overall process took about 9 hours, after which the team handed me the essential medications and explained the post-op care routine. ## Post Transplant The next day, I had my first wash and removal of bandages. Also, the team gave me an after-care kit which included a pillow, a hat, a cleansing foam, and a shampoo. Este-Nove also followed up with me (still doing) over Whatsapp and asked for photos every alternative day. The team is still available to answer all my questions. Also, I could not bring the additional after-care products, but they conveniently shipped them to my address. Until now, I have had a good recovery, no infection, and excellent hair growth. I am in a post-transplant shedding phase and waiting for my implants to grow back. I will update you on the results in a few months. ## Overall Experience All in all, it was a great experience to go with Este Nove for a transplant. Given the overwhelming number of choices available, I am happy so far that I opted for Este Nove for the reasons such as smooth and transparent communication, hassle-free booking process, well-organized logistics, a hospital to do the procedure, and a professional and experienced team, and post-op follow-ups.

Incredible experience. Very professional from start to finish. The care they provide is top notch. The hotel accommodation was great and everything went smoothly, but more importantly they are experts at what they are doing. I highly recommend this place. The experience overall was a good one. Zoe is the first person who contacted me through WhatsApp and she was very helpful and informative throughout. Once I arrived in Istanbul a driver picked me up from the airport and straight to the hotel. The hotel was nice, and the room was very comfortable and clean. When the driver picked me up the following morning we went straight to the private hospital where I was met by Selen. She greeted me as soon as I stepped out of the van and was with me through the whole process. The procedure took about 5 hours and aside from the anaesthesia injections, it was painless. Overall the experience was a good one and I would recommend Este Nova to anyone who wants to get the procedure done.

Very impressed with the work done. The whole staff was very kind and professional. Batuhan did an amazing job of organizing everything for me and Serena was also super helpful in making sure providing me help when needed, also providing me translations when I needed and giving great instructions to all my questions. We enjoyed the treatment we received here. Everything has been top notch, and the care given by Doctor Jafar and this energetic lady Kubra have been out of the world. Im very happy to recommend Este Nove, it was recommended to me by my hair dresser who knows previous clients. Im now 4 weeks on from the procedure. I cannot speak to end results right now, but the service and staff are second to none. The took the stress out of the trip. The customer service from pre to post surgery is impeccable. Very good experience for my part, very professional with support and follow-up before with questionnaires and explanations, during with the translator taking care of transport from the airport to the hotel and clinic, and even afterwards via Whatsapp. It's been 1 month now and everything is going according to plan. I had a friend who had been to Estenove clinic and told me it was very professional and he was right. The taxis was always on time exactly the time they told me. I was straight into the clinic with a warm welcome from Selen and I had 0 waiting time every stage was explained to me as the procedure went ahead. Very caring and polite staff. The operation was very relaxed and pain free, very nice clean room with relaxing music on. The after care is great regular check ups and very caring staff. I never needed to ask a question it was all written in English right down to the medication intake and intervals. The staff couldn’t be better ! Even a nice meal after the operation.

Highly recommend for anyone who is nervous and unsure about going ahead with a transplant. I'm very shy and akward but the whole process was made so easy. You just book a flight and the rest is all arranged for you. You can message any time any questions or worries you may have and there answered very promptly. Arrived at Istanbul airport. Taken straight to a lovely hotel. Collected and had a assessment for my needs and operated on with no waiting about which is such a bonus. They really look after you. All the staff are so amazing and friendly there's just nothing you have to worry about! They cover everything you need to know and more. The procedure was pain free after the initial injection. Very comfortable environment. It was so good I think I'm going to come back to get my teeth done. It's only day 2 but the transplants looking very good and the swellings already gone down. Hi All, Posting my review after 2 weeks plus, had my transplant done on 11th June 2022. Like everyone I had to research a lot to decide the clinic, based on previous reviews I chose Este Nove. Before selecting Sienna from sales team has been great in answering all my queries. They were good with pick up and drops as planned. On the day of procedure, I was greeted by translator Ilayda and was around all day to translate, so dint feel like there was a gap with communication. Had a brief consultation with the Surgeon Zafer Cetinkaya and markings were complete and then the procedure started. It took around 8 hrs to complete as they manage to extract and implant 4300 grafts which covered most of front head and middle, will have to get my crown done in future if I decide. The density is high in the front and then less in the middle. Most of the procedure was carried by their medical team who did the extract and implant and 1 prp at the end, not sure of their names but did great work, thanks. Opening of channels was done by Surgeon and he was checking every few hours. Don't want to scare when you read this but the anaesthesia injections really hurts, so you need to be brave for 5 mins for the back and 3 mins for the front as they need to inject a lot and then it gets easier and you don't feel much, its worth it to get your hair back. Once the procedure was complete I was covered with bandages on the back and had a consultation with Ilayda and I was briefed how to protect my hair and what I need to do next. I was given a kit with neck pillows, pain killers, etc and there will be lot of oozing through out the night and next day with the liquid they inject at the back. Next day I was picked up and the bandages were removed and my 1st hair wash. I bought a mini kit with supplements, just in case to support my hair. After I returned back to UK, Gulbin from after care team has been great and quick enough to answer all queries on daily basis. Sleeping at night was really painful with the neck pillow and 2 additional pillows at 45 degrees. It took 2 weeks for all the scabs to fall off, still feel my front head very tight and back is still recovering, hopefully will feel normal soon. I can see mini hair all over my head, but they will fall off and regrow. On pricing they charged me £2000 and another £260 for mini kit supplements, etc. Other clinics were offering discount but still decided to go ahead with Este Nove, as I had made up my mind. Overall I happy with the treatment and hope all goes ok and cant wait to see my new hair in the next 3-12 months. Thanks to the whole team Sienna, Ilayda, Gulbin, surgeon Zafer and the medical team.

Have no fears in going with EsteNove; excellent job! I’m from London and was initially going to go with Hair of Istanbul which is highly rated on socials until I was advised to shop around. They quoted me half the price of HOI and I’m sure they did just as a good job. They take care of you from the beginning right up to post surgery providing you with advice and care instructions. Only thing was the location of the hotel was in middle of nowhere (Lavent) but I guess the priority is proximity to the clinic. I moved to another location (Faith) after surgery to get a feel for Istanbul. One thing I suggest is don’t go into having this kind of surgery without deep consideration; there will be post pain, sleepless nights, blood… I had pain and headache from day 5-10. You will be exhausted so ensure adequate time off. I took 19 days off work. All in all, Este Nove are highly competent and know exactly what they are doing.
