Best place to get your hair transplant surgery. The customer service was brilliant and took any stress away from the get go! I initially dealt with a gentlemen called Batu via Whats App he answered any of my questions and explained very clearly the process when I decided to go ahead with their company. The transport agreement’s, airport to hotel, hotel to hospital was outstanding. Day of surgery I was greeted by a lovely lady called Serena who was also my translator and explained what was going to happen during the day, during each stages Serena communication was outstanding and it really did make you feel relaxed especially when I went on my alone. Serena also was present during my surgery and always checking up on me if I required anything or any questions. The team that were undertaking my surgery was amazing during the surgical procedure. My current position it’s coming to 1 month, since my return back to the UK, lady called Polina who is part of the aftercare team who has supported and communicated what is required from me. I believed the professionalism and attention to detail from the Estenove Team that I meet and communication with was incredible. Could not recommend highly enough. I look forward to the final end result regarding my hair transplant, as I am now considering to do my facial beard ;) :D!!!

I used EsteNova for my hair transplant operation just under a month ago. From the start everything went very well. Since the first contact via WhatsApp, the advisor is really friendly, precise, reassuring. The premises are very clean, exactly as in the brochure, the clinic is clean, the staff are qualified and friendly. No bad surprises, everything goes as described. I highly recommend this clinic.

Just back home from Istanbul and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. From months of patient planning with the most helpful Alara who was always on call(and still is). I was picked up from the airport and brought to a really nice hotel with great food. Next morning I was brought to the the clinic and greeted with by the wonderful Kübra who was my translator for the day was absolutely fantastic. The team were brilliant, no pain, actually dosed off while they were doing it. Although it’s still way too early to see the results, I have every confidence that it will turn out as planned. Wonderful clinic with wonderful people. If going to Turkey for a transplant be sure to give these guys a call 👌 my only regret is that I didn’t stay in Istanbul longer to see all of the beautiful city

I attended the clinic on Saturday the 18th all my transfers and the hotel were of a high standard. I was accompanied by Ilayda for the hole procedure she was excellent in helping with conversation with doctors and other members of the team at estenove.

Wonderful experience with my translator. She was with me all the way from the time I got dropped off to hospital to the point of leaving the hospital from my surgery. Highly recommended her name is Selen

Very pleased with everything. From the time my taxi picked me up at the airport until I returned, the service was first class. The hotel was fantastic and very welcoming. The surgery was pain free and very smooth. My translator was first class. Now I just have to wait for the results

It took me a long time searching, trying to find the right clinic for me. There was a few lists of them online but I randomly picked Este Nove. Started reading reviews before I could request for consultation. As soon as I requested for consultation. The following morning I got a WhatsApp text from Alara - Assistant Health care of Este Nove. I sent her photos of my hair etc. I must say Alara does her job whole heartedly. Always happy to answer any questions you may have and she responds promptly. Very friendly. If you have a sense of humour you’ll get along too. She will take care of everything for you. Actually Alara was kind enough to connect me with her former patient from Ireland and the lad was happy to message me / video call me to show me his progress and speak to me about his entire experience with Este Nove. This helped me make up my mind without hesitation. Moving on to transport. The drivers may have little English but it didn’t bother me as they’re well informed about your times of picks ups and drop offs. Drivers are always on time, comfortable ride to and from Airport, Hotel and Hospital. Also shout out to my translator Selen who took care of me on the day of my procedure. She was there to receive me at the entrance of Academic Hospital when my driver dropped me off. She made me feel comfortable through out the day. On the 2nd day, I went back for my first wash but this time I met “the famous Kübra” as I like to call her coz when I was reading some reviews here I saw her name mentioned several times. She’s also a translator at Este Nove. Excellent service from both Selen and Kübra. The Doctor and the specialists looked after me with great care during my time with them. Sorry I can’t remember all their names. I cannot go without giving a shout out to Polina who's responsible for pre / post operations after care services. Polina is currently looking after my progress to ensure everything is going to plan especially in the first critical 15 days. This is my 3rd day since the operation. So far so good. I’m looking forward to seeing my results. I will probably revert back between 6 and 12 months to tell you more about my results. The Hotel (Avantgarde) I stayed in was excellent too. The receptionists were nice and helpful. My room was spotless and comfortable. Wifi - strong. They also have some good meals and nice self service breakfast. If you’re struggling to make your decision like I was, I hope I have made your decision easier. All the best and good luck.

I had my procedure about 3 weeks ago. + I first made contact with Tom, really nice guy and answered my many questions at any time of the day. As my op got closer I was past to Zoe, who also was equally lovely and answered all my questions. Zoe was hand on throughout the entire time I was in Turkey. + Communication with Tom, Zoe and Baris was great. Also the post op have been easily contactable. + I had a translator with me throughout, Baris, amazing guy. Speaks great English, very friendly and funny. Had good chats and he made me feel relaxed and explained the who process. + Team working on me where very experienced and they were professional throughout. Doctor consulted me on my new hairline. + Polina and her team have been checking on me to make sure things going as planned. - Be clear on price and aftercare products. I wasn't aware of the aftercare products and for some people this is included in their price for others it is not, this wasn't clear. The process involves; extraction, channel opening and insertion of new follicles. It's quite a long process about 7 hours. Team were good to make sure I was ok and comfortable. Next day, went back for washing and check everything is ok. I would recommend Este Nove, if you're looking to get your hair back, this is a good clinic to use.

I had an amazing experience with Este Nove. The staff was very nice and helpful and the views in Istanbul were amazing! Overall the procedure was simple and este nove took care of all the taxi rides and hotel services. I’m very excited for my new hair and I want to personally thank Selen and Matt for being so nice and helpful through the entire process. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that is going through hair loss or would like to have thicker hair. I have done multiple hair transplants at other providers in the past. This time I was very careful in choosing the operator as this is my last hair transplant. I had a great experience with Estenove. I was given full guidance at every step. All logistics including hotel, airport and hospital pickup were managed by Estenove. My translator Serena was helpful in getting all my questions answered. Overall I am very pleased with the efficiency and skilfulness of the estenove team and would happily recommend others to use their services. I can't wait to see the final result in few months from now

My son has just had a hair transplant with this company, and I would like to thank Serena for being our interpreter. Everything from booking hotel and providing us both with lunch on the day of surgery. Luxury transport to and airport hotel and clinic was looked after. It was a very professional service.

I don't usually give reviews, but this time I had to make an exception. I didn't had a pleasant experiences with my first hair transplant and after 2-3 years I finally got the confidence to go for a second one with a different clinic. Just finished my treatment with EsteNove and I'm very happy that I trusted them with my procedure. The team at EsteNove are so good, it's like having a Formula 1 team work on your head. The people are friendly, polite, caring and all of them play their part in the process amazingly well. I always felt like they were fully in control and watching over me to give me the best result and experience. There are plenty of hair clinic in Istanbul, but having seen some of the patients from other clinics returning on the flight with me with black eyes and swollen faces I'm glad I went with the best. They have also thought about the whole customer experience. Matt who handled my initial enquiry has always been there and if it wasn't for him I would not have had the confidence to go for it.
