I went to Turkey in March 2022 and had my hair transplants at Este Nove. After research and reviews, I selected Este Nove. I found few clinics with low prices and some with high prices. Este Nove ranged in the middle. My consultant Oliver was wonderful. He answered all my questions. He was very patient, honest and friendly and answered all my questions. Este Nove website does not include the doctor’s information; therefore, it was very difficult to make my decision. Finally, Oliver setup a video call with DR. Zafer Centinkaya prior to my visit. My doctor was DR. Zafer Centinkaya, who just joined Este Nove from Vera Clinic, and he is a very good doctor. Oliver sent me a video with the direction as how to meet my ride at the airport. The video didn’t match with the actual sign for Este Nove but was able to find it. The driver was very nice and took me to my hotel in a nice private car. My package included 3 nights at a 5 starts hotel, ride to the airport and visits to the clinic. The 1st night, I stayed at Holiday Inn Express, and I was not happy. Next day, they moved me to a nice 5 Stars hotel. The day of the procedure, a private car picked me up from the hotel. I was greeted by my translators Kubra and Llayda and took me the clinic. DR. Zafer Centinkaya examined me and went over the procedure. The procedure started around 9AM and ended around 6PM. Everybody around me was very nice and professional. The facility was very clean. DR. Centinkaya opened my hair channels and supervised the surgery. Both the translators were wonderful. Kubra was outstanding and went above and beyond. She went over with post operative processes. All the medications and pillows were included with the package. The next day, my ride picked me up from the hotel and took me to the clinic. The doctor examined me and had my wash. Then, the car took me to the airport. I needed to buy one year of supplies for after care. I didn’t have the space to carry and was shipped to my address. The total cost for supplies were around $1,055 with the shipments. After I arrived home in the States, the clinic setup a WhatsApp group, where a clinician is available to answer my questions. Polina is wonderful and answer my questions in a timely manner. I also had a video call with her to go over few things. Este Nove is an wonderful client, and I had a very good experience in Istanbul, Turkey.

I had any excellent experience with Este Nove. Especially Ms ilayda , she did a excellent job in explaining the whole process and she was present through out the procedure and also during the post op visit. No doubt recommend you guys to my colleagues.

I don't usually give recommendations, but I have to recognize the excellent work of the EsteNove team, -totally professional- (Doctors, nurses, administrative and logistical staff, translators and drivers.) Throughout the entire process from the initial contact, arrival to the city, surgery and post-operative care, you can feel the support and dedication of the Medical team. Thank you Serena for your help with translation. Totally happy with the surgery and the experience. I will definitely return to continue learning about that city and Country.

I found out about EsteNove through a friend who had his transplant done twice. The first time in Florida, USA, but that first experience wasn’t a successful one. Later, he had it done with EsteNove and was very happy with the results. In my case, I had the transplant in November 2021 and, today, six months later, I have an amazing new full hair styled, and I am very happy. Therefore, I highly recommend this clinic.

A unique experience. Everything was perfect, in the timing, the follow-up by the correspondent by whats app. The language barrier does not pose a problem with some notions of English. A very friendly doctor, a welcoming hospital, qualified and caring staff.
