Apart from their excellent customer service their staff is excellent/ well equipped in the standards of using the latest technology for hair transplant. 17 days ago I visited Estenove, Istanbul for my hair transplant. I found the hotel Estenove provided was perfect for what was needed during my 2 night stay. Yes it is on a main road but it didn’t keep me awake at night. Very friendly staff and the room service food was excellent and very cheap. The transfers/taxi service is all organised through Estenove and you’re just told where to be at what time. Very punctual and they usually use VIP type taxis which is cool. The hospital is near to hotel (10mins) Everyone at the hospital is very friendly and welcoming. My main organiser/ translator at the hospital was Serena, she was fantastic. Explained each stage throughly and answered any questions I had promptly. The 2 girls who carried out my operation were so professional. Steady handed, patient, gentle. (Felt like they’d done it 1000 times before) The doctor who studied my hairline and drew on my new hairline and then monitored the whole operation from start to finish was great. He was even there the next day during my 1st head wash to double check everything was as it should be. Alexandra was my contact in the build up to my journey to Istanbul and she was always available to answer any queries. And even now after my hair transplant she still replies to any questions I have. I am now in a watsapp group with the recovery team and I send regular photos who reply promptly. Nice to have professionals reassuring you. I had 4500 grafts. The team gave me the impression of what needs to be done for the best result will be done. The end result of a hair transplant is their advertisement for future patients and they know it. My advice to anyone thinking about a hair transplant is just get booked in and do it. You won’t regret it. I was very fortunate to have a friend recommend Este Nove for a hair transplant procedure. The staff had great communication with me months before the procedure, during the procedure, and after the procedure. The hair transplant package also included a 3 night hotel stay with transfers to and from the airport to the hotel and to and from the hotel to the clinic. I definitely recommend using this company.

For the last year, I wanted to get a hair transplant and in April of 2022, I went an got it done. Everyone who was involved in my procedure at this hospital was so amazing and friendly and helpful. I was very nervous when I arrived for my operation but they helped me relax. From when I arrived at the airport there was privated transfers to take me to my hotel and to the hospital for my transplant. Even if I had any questions. They would always be available 24/7.
