I had my first hair transplant session with Este Nove. The team well organised my journey. The transport team picked me up from Istanbul airport to the hotel(Day1) Hotel to the hospital(Day2) and then return to the airport(Day3). The vehicle was clean and intact and all drivers were very decent, safe drivers. After reaching the hotel I was contacted by a journey organiser to ensure I reach safely. When I reached the hospital the hospital team member was waiting for me at the main door. I have been asked to fill out the health form to ensure I am not taking any prescription or have any health condition. I like this part as the team wants to ensure I am good to go. I have been provided English translative support for better communication. The doctor, surgeon, and staff are very polite and friendly and they treat me like family members. The English translator was an excellent speaker and sat in the operation room telling me all activities during the operation. Every 15min an SLT member joins to see the progress to ensure everything going well. I have been offered hot launch during break, juice, and snack during operation. Day2 nurse removes my bandage and wash my donor area gently. The translator provided me with all follow-up wash guidance. The team is contacting me through WhatsApp every second day and checking my hairline. Overall l am fully satisfied and highly recommend it to all. My entire experience from beginning to end was an absolute pleasure with Este Nove. I was picked up on time and dropped off with no issues, I didn't need to plan any travel arrangements except for my flights. Everybody who worked at the clinic was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They even ordered me a gluten free lunch when I mentioned my dietary requirements. It's been one month since my operation and it's gone alot better than I expected in terms of results and pain. I almost have a full head of hair again, you can definitely see the potential and it seems to be growing quite quickly. 100% you would recommend este nove, I'm face I already did to one friend who is thinking of going next year

Not good experience.preoperative.

I got in touch with Este Nove via a colleague who also had a positive experience. After a video intake I decided to go for it and went is Istanbul. The travel support and hotel arrangements were perfect organized. The intake with the doctor was quite short but efficient. I can imagine some people are looking for more guidance from the doctor. The anesthesia short were not so comfortable but they are shots.. Try to relax and have a chat with the technicians. The next day the first washing was a relief. After sales and customer support are of course long distance but sufficient. In my case I probably have to get back for the second treatment and will go back with Este Nove. My hairline looks natural and I believe the implanted hair had enough volume!

Very friendly establishment, welcoming and very professional staff. The work is done meticulously and a big plus for the translator service, which was very understanding, attentive and caring.

Just had the treatment done, and couldn't be happier, fully explained everything that needed to be done, transfers spot on and the hotel was really nice, well worth every penny

Absolutely superb. Travelled from the UK to Istanbul. VIP transfers, superb hotel and day of the procedure was seamless. Special mention to İlayda who looked after me during my stay, and also the follow up team, who includes my initial consultant Alara who was always at hand. In my view, this is the place to go.

Uaûuuu, im very thankfull 4 been there, it was like a thunder in a open sky. Such a great people, open harts, professional, brave on the work. Especially my dearest and new frend Serena. Im foreigner, so my turkey language is 0000 absolute. But she make me feel like home, allvays there, no matter the late night. What can i say. Good doctors, good nurse, special Serena 😘😘😘😘.
