They supplied me transport too and from the airport and also too and from the hospital They also made me feel comfortable with a translator to make my experience much Easier! EsteNove has the best team. I am 7 days post-op. I was very anxious upon my arrival. From the initial consultation with Batuhan until my arrival in Turkey… the entire team took care of me. I recently had my hair transplant done with Este Nove clinic. I have to emphasize that the process was nothing but amazing from the beginning to end of the procedure. I sincerely want to thank to the entire staff who arrange this to happened, starting with Zoe, the translators Ilayda and her male colleague translator, Dr. Zafar and registered nurses who are working with him and the other staff members who arranged the transportation from the airport to the hotel. As well as the post op staff who does the follow every second day. Everyone is so knowledgeable and professional and answers all your questions regarding the post operation questions you might have. Este Nove rocks. Kudos to the entire clinic.

+ The care from start to end was great. From my initial chat with Tom, to my ongoing check ups with Polina. The whole team are very friendly and I believe so care about you and the results. + My translator, Baris, top guy, made me feel very relaxed and answered any questions I had and was always on hand to translate. + Medical staff were great, very keen to ensure I wasn’t in pain (I would argue the procedure is not totally painless but the staff try to make you comfortable). + Hotel was located in good place, to catch buses and metro to explore the wonderful city of Istanbul. + Transport was great, drivers very professional and friendly (they were very protective of my head as I got in and out of the car). * Hotel itself was so/so! It didn’t feel like 5*. The staff in restaurant were wonderful. * Be very clear on price and aftercare products. For me these weren’t included and sold afterwards. After having been through the op, last thing I wanted was a sales pitch. Procedure itself was long, I was last patient in for the day 1pm, finished at 9pm. You start with having your hair cut, extraction (removal of follicles), then the dr comes to open channels and finally insertion of transplanted follicles. The team were really good at ensuring the newly placed follicles look natural. I’m 7 months post op, happy with results so far, I’m in the thickening up stage so looking forward to having to this. Overall I’m happy with the results so far and would recommend este nove to all.

I want to take this opprtunity to recognized the whole medical team that was under my care, during my hair transplant procedure, including Dr. Ahmet, Ayse, and Fevzi. Dr. Ahmet has a lot of experience with hair transplant procedures and was very professional. Also, I wanted to acknowledge and recognized a very special person, Lydia. She was my translator, my two arms, and feet. She went above and beyond. She is someone that inspired confidence and trust. Lydia has talent and personality. She is carrying, loving, smart, and professional.

I am 4 days after the transplant and so far everything is ok. Very good contact from the very beginning, starting with the analysis of photos of my hair to this day. Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and helpful. I was kept informed of everything. the doctor is very nice. After the initial analysis, the possibility of transplanting up to 4.5 thousand grafts was confirmed, but finally 5.8 thousand were transplanted (because my donor zone allowed it) at no additional cost. Tthe whole procedure step by step went very smoothly. Everything was very well organized. Care at the clinic at a very high level. I am very happy that I chose this clinic and I can recommend it 100%

Este Nova were brilliant to deal with from the start where I found them on Instagram. Once having a phone call and sending pictures of my head, they identified that I was a good candidate for a transplant. Everything was organised and arranged online through WhatsApp, all I had to sort out were flights. When in Turkey, they sorted out transfers to a beautiful hotel (all part of the price) and on the day of the operation, were so friendly and helpful. The doctors were professional and incredibly efficient. My liaison, Lydia who translated for me couldn't do enough to help me, she made the experience so much easier and stress free. The after care is top notch, they are messaging me every few days to see how Im doing and explaining what I should/shouldn't be doing. They even air mailed me a year supply of shampoo, serum and vitamins as I didn't have space in my case. Overall the experience was fantastic and I thank Este Nova for all they have done and hopefully my results will match their customer relations. I inquired about a hair transplant in the Bay Area and they gave my a quote of $16000, at Este Nove, I received the same procedure at $3000. The staff was very professional, kind, caring, and sympathetic to your needs.
