Had my hair transplant here and I could not be any happier. The staff were amazing friendly and very helpful. The team kept me informed about all information I needed on the run up to my operation. I would recommend this company to anyone who would be considering getting a transplant. Hotel and transfers were spot on also. I had no issuers and communication between my health team via what’s app was brilliant. The staff doing the procedure were brilliant also very professional and made me comfortable all the way through. If needed in years to come I will definitely be going back there.

They did my hair transplant surgery on 01/23/23 and the operation took about 7 hours and went smoothly as I did my research before I came here. Dr Zafer is leading and managing the operation. The nurses are knowledgeable about what they are doing as well. Irem Kara was very helpful throughout the whole process in interpretation side and explaining any questions I had during and after surgery. Post operations care team are very helpful as well. They have been giving me swift responses every time I have a question. I APPRECIATE THAT A LOT. On time pick up from airport and taking to the hospital and bring back to hotel is AMAZINGLY on time. No hustle at all. I also like to thank Oliver for constantly and timely communication with me in making the entire arrangement from day one to until I got see Doctor. Thank you Oliver. I am 4 days after the transplant and so far everything is ok. Very good contact from the very beginning, starting with the analysis of photos of my hair to this day. Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and helpful. I was kept informed of everything. The doctor is very nice. after the initial analysis, the possibility of transplanting up to 4.5 thousand grafts was confirmed, but finally 5.8 thousand were transplanted (because my donor zone allowed it) at no additional cost. the whole procedure step by step went very smoothly. Everything was very well organized. care at the clinic at a very high level. I would like to thank Karolina for the great contact and the doctor, the medical team and everyone I had contact with for great work!

I had my 2nd hair transplant with EsteNove a week ago and so far my experience has been nothing other than great. Transfer to/from hotel was good. The translators were very good and caring, they did a good job on communicating my needs to the nurses and other staff. Staff very really professional and respectful and hospital is very nice and luxurious. As far as the results, I will update this review but so far the recovery has been great and donor area barely shows any sign of surgery.

Absolutely fabulous experience from the day I started talking to Jack and till now after 2 weeks after my surgery. Irem, Gulbin, the doctor, the surgical team ground staff, everyone was extreamly helpful. They treat you like their family, they hold your hand during the process and guide you go through the uneasy time. I am from Toronto, Canada. I actually stumbled upon Estenove while researching hair clinics in Turkey and this was the best decision of my life. After filling out their assessment online I received a call from Sienna in 15 minutes. She was very knowledgeable and polite. She patiently answered all my questions over the phone with absolutely no pressure. I hung up saying I’ll get back. After a few days I gave her the dates and she sent me the package and I booked my trip. Throughout the entire trip she was my first point of contact for everything. She was prompt, punctual and got things done without any problems. I stayed in a 5 star hotel, Avantgarde Levent Hotel, conveniently located beside the Metro station, breakfast was included and they had a wide variety of items to choose from. I was welcomed at the hospital by Serena and she walked me through the entire procedure. Her staff were always there to monitor and attend to any needs. I met doctor Dr. Zafer Cetankiya and we went over my medical and health conditions. He went over my hair and I had some questions and suggestions for what my hairline should be, we had a further discussion about the hair line and he patiently explained to me why he thinks his recommendation would be ideal for my age. This process took about 20 minutes. We both agreed and I was then taken to the operating room. Most of the procedure was conducted meticulously by highly trained and skilled technicians and the doctor was supervising and also opened the channels for the hair follicles. The following day was clean up and I met the doctor again so he can observe the progress, once I got the green light I was given post surgery booklet and taken back to my hotel. Its been almost 1 year and my hair is already thicker and denser than ever. The entire team of Estenove were very professional and I will highly recommend them. Super fantastic service. If you can you want Irem (as your translator) she really was the shining star, to me, for my experience. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the whole process and answered every single question I asked her, in superb detail. She had the best beside manner of anyone else that I encountered, working there. Which is very helpful when you are in a strange country, and few people speak your native tongue. Big ups to her 10/10 service.
