I've been searching the right place to get a hair transplant done at and finally decided to go with Este Nova. The reason why is because they came across as the most honest and genuine from the others. While others pushed their marketing tactics to get me in, promising an extraordinary amount of grafts, Este Nova was down to earth and practical. Este Nova representative Matt was very professional, straight forward, and informative. Always ready to answer questions. He gave me the kind of vibe you would find in hospital rather than in a hair mill. And indeed, the clinic is situated inside of a hospital. If that doesn't seal the deal for you, then I don't know what is. Furthermore, Dr. Zefer was patient and the consultation wasn't rushed one bit. He will work out your choice of hairline while providing his own recommendation. Lastley, everything went smooth thanks to the two exquisite translators who were with me, Barish and Irem, who were supremely caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to my every need apart from translation. Hotel was great. Room make up everyday. Transfer drivers were nice and courteous. Istanbul is amazing and beautiful. I Came all the way from Toronto. I had an absolutely, calm, convenient, quick and drama-less experience. Above all and most important - the results: very dense and meticulously placed graft plantation in an interlock fashion - a highly professional work. The airline was done low right where I wanted it. From here the results will be depended on my body's healing ability. I absolutely recommend Este Nova as the clinic of choice to anyone wanting to get a hair transplant.

6 months ago I visited Estenove for a hair transplant. The treatment in Istanbul was amazing, from start to finish I was made to feel welcome and at ease. Care and communication from before I flew out, during and now after has been excellent. The staff were all very understanding and professional. Even just after 6 months, when results aren’t fully finished the hair growth is looking great and I recommend to anyone that is thinking about a hair transplant to visit Estenova as it has been a great experience.

Wow. I can’t say enough good things about Este Nove. A great, professional experience from start to finish but the people in the clinic are what make it special. Some of the nicest people I’ve spent time with anywhere in the world, they truly look after you. The nurses, translators, doctors—everyone’s amazing. In particular, my translator, Gamze, is to this day one of the sweetest, loveliest people I’ve ever met. She made my day of surgery not just pain-free but actually enjoyable! New hair is starting to come in after 2 months and I’m excited to see the full results. 10/10, thank you!!

Just the right choice for me and my hair :) Very Professional crew from the start until the end. My translater (Irem) answered all my questions, and I felt comfortable during the whole process. Hotel is not a 5-star experience, but still a fine hotel with nice people You have to buy some additional products afterward for your hair, which is not included in the price, if you want to achieve the best result. Honestly, I was really nervous about everything surrounding the whole procedure. But everything went smoothly with pick up’s at the airport and hotel. My operation took somewhere around 5 hours and was completely painless apart from the local anesthesia. That shot kinda hurt not gonna lie😅. The staff were all super nice and I always had a translator near so communication was never a problem. I would totally recommend Este Nove but as with everything, take your time to research and make up your own mind before committing yourself!

She literally stood by my side the entire time to ensure all my needs were being met. I was experiencing some normal swelling after the procedure so I texted her at 2 in the morning and she immediately guided me through on what to do. An absolute jewel. The actual transplant was done by a team of 4. Ahmet, Ayse , Feyzi, and Dr. Zafer. What an amazing and professional team. They truly are artists at what they do. Thank you so much team. As agreed upon the hotel for 3 nights and transportation from airport - hotel - clinic - airport in a luxury car was as stated. Doctors are knowledgeable and explain the process before surgery.
