I was incredibly pleased to have the hair transplantation I had been planning for years at Estenove. It is a company that makes you feel that you are in reliable hands from the first moment, and does everything necessary to make you comfortable with both the operation team and the organization team. Thanks to the care they took during the operation, I experienced very little crusting and I was able to return to work in 1.5 weeks. At the end of 2 weeks, both the donor and the transplantation area healed almost completely. I would like to thank Dr. Zafer and his team for performing a fast and successful operation, and Ms. Gülbin, Ilayda and Kübra for answering all my questions completely on the day of the operation and after the operation.

The staff was professional, courteous, and on time; from the moment we landed in the airport; before,during, and after the procedure. The staff was very informed and answered all my questions. The procedure was painless after the local anesthesia took effect. The translators spoke fluid english and were knowledgeable on the procedures themselves, and were more than helpful. The doctor advised me on the proper amount of grafts to reach my goal, and I was able to get the most coverage with less grafts than what was initially estimated in our initial conversation on whatsapp, which was great. The technicians and nurses were very skilled in their crafts. Now I just play the waiting game :)

Selen talked me through the process and was always on hand to answer any questions no matter what time of the day or night it was. On arrival I was greeted at the clinic by Gamze. Gamze was very professional and methodical in how she worked but somehow managed to be also funny and kind. One of the nicest people I have ever met and any tensions I had about the procedure was immediately put at ease by her. All staff, nurses and doctors were extremely friendly. I've been searching the right place to get a hair transplant done at and finally decided to go with Este Nova. The reason why is because they came across as the most honest and genuine from the others. While others pushed their marketing tactics to get me in, promising an extraordinary amount of grafts, Este Nova was down to earth and practical. Este Nova representative Matt was very professional, straight forward, and informative. Always ready to answer questions. He gave me the kind of vibe you would find in hospital rather than in a hair mill. And indeed, the clinic is situated inside of a hospital. If that doesn't seal the deal for you, then I don't know what is. Furthermore, Dr. Zefer was patient and the consultation wasn't rushed one bit. He will work out your choice of hairline while providing his own recommendation. Lastley, everything went smooth thanks to the two exquisite translators who were with me, Barish and Irem, who were supremely caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to my every need apart from translation. Hotel was great. Room make up everyday. Transfer drivers were nice and courteous. Istanbul is amazing and beautiful. I Came all the way from Toronto. I had an absolutely, calm, convenient, quick and drama-less experience. Above all and most important - the results: very dense and meticulously placed graft plantation in an interlock fashion - a highly professional work. The airline was done low right where I wanted it. From here the results will be depended on my body's healing ability. I absolutely recommend Este Nova as the clinic of choice to anyone wanting to get a hair transplant.

From the moment I arrived in Istanbul everyone at este nove put my mind at ease.. traveled from New York and would recommend to anyone . baris was all class from the moment i stepped out the car on surgery day.. you’re never left with a question unanswered.. when youre done, they will constantly follow up wit you for any help. Wish I remembered all the crews name but Baris Matt polina were all incredible. Don’t worry about a language barrier either. truly a first class clinic

I recently travelled from Australia to istanbul for a hair transplant. It is easy to get confused which clinic to choose but Estenove made the process very easy. They organised accommodation, transfers to and from the airport, and to the clinic. The procedure went smoothly, all aftercare was explained, and everyone in the clinic was lovely! Special mention to Kübra she was great at translating everything and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience! Looking forward to seeing my new head of hair.

I had 3300 grafts implanted. I did not feel any pain after the anesthesia (quite painful anesthesia but it only lasts 3 minutes). I thank Morris the medical assistant and Baris my translator as well as Ahmed, Fevzi and Ayse. I am satisfied with the implantation and I am now waiting 6 months to see the first results (3 centimeters)
