I was tired of looking in the mirror and seeing my hair loss worsening over the years so after extensive research and talking with several clinics in Istanbul, I chose EsteNove for my hair restoration. I was impressed by the level of service provided. They made all the arrangements for local transportation and hotel accommodations. (I even stayed a couple of extra days to take in some sights.) The only thing I had to do was choose a date and buy an airline ticket. My interpreter Kübra was great!! She explained the procedure to me, asking if I had any questions, was I comfortable and checked in on me several times during the surgery, which itself went well. I had 4200 grafts done. It wasn't a pain free procedure but not bad. Afterwards no pain all. It's been just over 2 weeks since the surgery and am happy with what I am seeing now and look forward to the end results.

If you're reading this it's because you're deciding on using Este Nove for your hair transplant. At 12 days post op let me just say that so far they've been nothing short of amazing. Let's start from the beginning. Upon your first contact with Este Nove you'll be greeted by one of their team members through Whats App, from there they'll answer any and every question you could possibly have with courtesy and speed, which was nice and surprising considering they have an 8 hour time difference with me. Once all that's completed, your surgery is booked, and you've made it to Istanbul.  They pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel with zero headaches. The morning of your surgery your driver will be waiting for you at your hotel and take you directly to the hospital. Upon arriving at the hospital you'll be greeted by your translator, who happened to be outside waiting for our arrival. She'll take you around and introduce you to the doctor and the entire team that'll be working with you. For someone who gets easily nervous in situations like this it was actually a huge relief to have her with us. Her english was great so that alleviated a lot my concerns as well as the fact that she never left my side the entire 5 hour surgery, walking me through every step and answering any questions I had. The surgery, while not painful, other than the few seconds of the local anesthesia, was surprisingly easy, a little uncomfortable at times, but that's do be expected when you're laying in the same position for hours. Now that the surgery is done you'll be given some food and a chance to stretch and relax before going over the after care process.  Everything was written down so don't worry if you miss or forget anything. After that your driver will take you back to the hotel to rest. The following morning you'll be picked up and taken back to the hospital for your first wash and another review of the after care treatment. Once everything's complete you're ready to go home. I'm currently on my 12th day post operation and the healing is coming along fine. The aftercare team has been in contact with me (via WhatsApp) everyday since i left the clinic. Available 24 hours, they've been checking on my progress and recovery, and answering any questions I have day or night. Thus far everything associated to Este Nove, from my arrival in Istanbul to my departure has been A1, i couldn't be happier with the decision i made to use them for my transplant.

Honestly going down the path of finding the best hair transplant establishment can be difficult and challenging especially in a Country that you’re not familiar with but the professional Team at EsteNove made the whole procedure and experience easy from start to finish. My husband came in for his procedure and everything went very well! We came from Colorado, USA. From the moment we got to the airport we were picked up and taken to the hotel. The day of the procedure we were picked up and taken to the private hospital and met with a very kind and friendly translator, Baris. Almost immediately he was taken back for the consult with the doctor and very shortly after he was taken back for the procedure. While in the waiting area, I noticed the remainder of staff being very gentle and kind towards other patients that were arriving to have the procedure or for post op. Baris consistently would check to see if I needed anything and would give me an update on my husband. Once the procedure was over we were taken into the post op room where Baris explained everything in great detail and provided us both with lunch. The following day we returned for a follow up and post op care. Again, they were very gentle and kind. They thoroughly explained post op care again in further detail. Since the operation they have been in communication with us to see how he is doing and asking for photos to check on the results thus far. They have been open and available for us to ask questions as well. Overall it has been a great experience. I would recommend EsteNove to anyone looking for a hair transplant.
