Wanted to share my whole experience with Estenova. Absolutely amazing service, very professional, amazing staff and the whole team. Kubara the translator went out of her way to make me feel welcome. From the moment I landed and left the pick up chauffeur service Hotel Location of clinic Hygiene Staff And most Importantly the procedure it’s felt was painless stress free. Highly recommend this clinic. What an amazing satisfying experience from consulting and discussing on watsapp to 6 months after my procedure EsteNove have shown great professionalism. The clinic is clean, staff so helpful and have interpreters there to assist. The reception staff explained the whole days procedure to me. Consultant was experienced and knew what he was doing, and finally the technicians keep me calm and were explaining the stages as they were going along. Hotel and chauffeur service 5 star. I arrived Thursday April 6 for a hair transplant. From airport pick up to my hotel. Then from my hotel to the hospital everything is carefully organized to the letter. The arrival at the hospital was perfect, the French translators are all very friendly, whether Gamze or Lydia. My translator Lydia immediately put me at ease and was very warm and smiling. She accompanied me for a long time after the operation, explaining everything to me literally. If you come by thank you, I had a great time with you. The post-operation follow-up is very effective, we are always supported until the end of the process, which is very reassuring. Estenove is a clinic that I highly recommend for those who wish to have a transplant.

I was recommended to EsteNove by a friend, he had made extensive research before selecting them and spoke highly of their service; his results were incredible, so I decided to move forward with EsteNove. My friend had not exaggerated, from the moment I made the first contact to today when I got my bandages off, everything went easy and smoothly, there’s so many names I could recognized in this review but I don’t want to leave anyone out— from the front desk staff, the planning coordinator, the wonder translator Kübra, to the surgical team. It was a wonderful experience!

I have just returned home from undergoing a 2,500 graft dhi transplant at Estenova and would highly recommend their service. The pre-operative communication was very informative and helpful, and any question was answered swiftly on WhatsApp which was very reassuring, pick-up details were easily shared and the driver was waiting exactly as specified when I arrived. At drop off to the clinic I was met by my translator, Irem. Irem was by my side for the duration of my visit to the clinic on both the day of operation and the following day for the first wash. She was extremely friendly and guided me through the whole process by explaining everything very simply, and also went out of her way to get me some food and drinks as I had arrived straight from the airport. This was very reassuring as undergoing a medical procedure in a foreign country can be very daunting, however thanks to Irem's professionalism and willingness to help and make me feel comfortable I immediately felt at ease and relaxed. The operation itself was carried out immediately after consultation with surgeon. It was relatively painless and I was comfortable throughout. The hospital is extremely clean and modern and all staff seemed very professional. I was then brought to my hotel room and pick up time for the following day was arranged via pick WhatsApp. Both Irem and the aftercare them checked in on how I was feeling on numerous occasions the evening of the operation, which was very reassuring, and were also happy to answer any questions I had. I was collected for my first wash and the aftercare process was very clearly explained by Irem and the doctors, this made me feel confident in understanding what is required during the post operative period to ensure best results are achieved. I was then transported back to the airport for my flight. Overall a very positive experience. The team make you feel very welcome and encourage you to ask any questions at any time. They are very professional and the process and communication between the various teams is very smooth ensuring a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Estenove to anyone considering a hair transplant.

10 out of 10. From start to finish I found the entire experience very professional and the entire team were very friendly, not forgetting the after care. Este nova are constantly checking the outcome of the procedure, advising if necessary. I have already recommended them to friends. The best money I have spent, so happy with the outcome.

Firstly the contact through wasap was a huge help.. and one week post op I am still in contact updating them with pictures... the procedure was painless and I had a translator with me at all times.. everything was seamless from the pick up at the airport to the drop off at the airport... I was in constant contact all the time and felt very reassured... I cannot thank them enough..from the Dr who placed my crown following the pattern of my natural hair to the technicians who worked so hard..to the translator and all of the helpful staff... I am so happy and would do it all again in a heart beat...
