I travelled from Australia for a hair transplant. EsteNove was in direct contact with me through WhatsApp, making the entire process easy. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the hair transplant service received at Estenova. The end result of my hair transplant is nothing less than a disaster. I have been left with countless scarring, uneven growth, and a complete lack of density. The procedure was clearly done without proper skill or attention to detail, and the results have left me feeling embarrassed and self-conscious. I demand a refund and that this clinic takes full responsibility for the damage they have done. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking services of this nature."

Estenove was great from the start for me. Matt always responded very quickly to any questions or or concerns that I had and made sure when I scheduled everything it went very smoothly. Serena was my translator and made me feel very comfortable during the entire experience she informed me of every step in detail along the way to put me at ease so I knew exactly what was going to be happening next. I could tell her man focus was my comfort level during the entire experience. Polina followed up with me 3 days after the surgery to check on me asked for photos and wanted to know if I had any questions and how everything was going. They set up all of my transportation for me Serena greeted me at the academic hospital which was very clean and a very professional environment The doctor made sure that I was happy with my hairline before we proceeded and a team of about six people worked on me for approximately 6 to 8 hours. I'm really looking forward to seeing the results of my procedure I would definitely recommend them if anybody is considering your hair transplant.

My experience was good. The staff was professional. The hospital is clean. The translator was very good at explaining everything at every step of the way. This procedure is not easy to receive. But it went as well as it could. I didn't need any of the pain pills afterwards. I still can't see the end result, but the procedure itself went smoothly. The inclusive package with hotel and rides is very helpful.

She was very helpful and informative, she accompanied us all the way through our two days at the hospital making sure that everything we needed was provided which helped a lot to make the journey smoother and easier. Big thumbs up for the rest of the Este Nova team including the medical team who carried out the operation and the very skilled head surgeon.
