I'm not one to leave reviews, but honestly I can't recommend this place enough. Easy procedure, just don't expect instant results.... 2 months is hard but 4 months onwards is great. My experience with EsteNove was great. Everything felt so right from the beginning. I did a few videocalls with Karolina before making any decision. She was super kind, and answered all my questions. I've never been in Istanbul before, but everyone was of great help. After a pick up from the airport, we went to the hotel and then to the clinic. Kubra, the translator, was waiting for me at the entrance. She made me feel very comfortable and introduced myself to the team. The surgery was long, it took several hours. The team was checking at my at all times. It might be a very repetitive and exhausting process, but they were super positive and they were talking to me most of the time. All I can say from my end is that they have shown a genuine interest in my case. It's been 9 months now, and I'm very happy with the results.

Seven weeks after my transplant, I'm still enthusiastic about having chosen Este Nove for the procedure. Starting with the post-procedure handling, it gave me great confidence to have a WhatsApp group dedicated to checking on me every two days up to the day when scabs were removed, then to receive a follow-up message one month after the op. Each time, I sent the requested pictures and received comments. Regarding the booking and handling of logistics, my consultant was friendly and helpful, and delivered on everything promised (I stayed in an Airbnb, so all four transfers where to and from there.) And now to the day of the surgery itself. Any anxiety I may have had when the luxurious van dropped me off a little before 8am quickly vanished as Gamze, my translator, took me in hand. Both her French and English are outstanding, so I felt that all the questions I fired at Dr. Zefir and the technical staff were understood and answered. Of course it's not just about language skills but also about empathy, and I really felt cared for by Gamze, which was important in making me feel safe. This comment about empathy goes for the whole team, from the people at the reception to the photographer and the technicians, giving me a sense of being very safe in the hands of an extremely competent team. Circling back to my opening remark, this sense of care continued after I left the hospital and Istanbul, as my questions have always received prompt answers. By the way, walking around Istanbul you'll see many men walking around in a full sun with a post-op bandage on their donor area, which means their skulls are probably sweating. This makes me feel so much gladder to having chosen Este Nove (a doctor-driven team) rather than a transplant mill.

Really exceeded my expectations. The hospitality of these people was amazing they made me feel so welcome, they even took me on a guided tour around Istanbul and arranged to pick up and ship my phone back to me which I left one my hotel. I was a little hesitant about coming to turkey to get a hair transplant but I am glad I did I don’t think I would of gotten a better service anywhere else, I have saved a lot of money and have had a a great time exploring Istanbul.
