3 years ago I got my first operation done in US.And I wasn’t very pleased with the result. They told me they’ve implanted 2400 graft but I don’t think that it’s true. Than it wasn’t easy to go for a second session. I heard about Este Nove from my friend and his result was quite good. I dont just want to say that it was amazing and etc. I want to give what really was the procedure so people know better before they come here. I had a very detailed consultation online before I decided on my operation. My contact Matt has answered all of my questions with patience. I should say that was very important for me. After I landed to Istanbul they’ve picked me up from the airport and dropped me to my hotel. The other day I was picked up from my hotel again for my operation. The kind lady called Ilayda welcomed me in the hospital. She has explained me everything during the process and she was there for me whenever I needed. I had my blood tests and got my consultation with Dr. Zafar. After the consultation they have started the operation. Anesthesia was rough for me in the beginning but in 10 minutes I was okay. First the extraction was done. They have extracted 3600 grafts which was a good number for a second session. And the doctor came for the incision part. And after the implantation everything was done. It was quicker than I expected took around 6 hours. The other day I was in the hospital for the washing only. They provided me my after care packages and I bought the 6 months supply and the PRP set .After I went back to US we were in contact in the aftercare group until now. The hardest thing for me to decide on to get a second operation or not. But right now I am very happy about my result. I wish I did my first time here also so I would have more grafts. It has been 6 months now. And so far I got a pretty good result and they told me for a clear result I should wait for 1 year. So I will update my review after 6 months. From the translators to doctor I would definetly recommend Este Nove for hairtransplant.

I received a hair transplant from Estenove last January 2022 I was assured that my hair would be restored completely and I would have a full thick scalp. I was promised koi pen procedure to improve density. When I arrived at the clinic the doctor immediately changed it to a FUE procedure. This has significantly impacted the results of my procedure. I have lots of bald spots in my scalp and the end results are nowhere near what was promised to me. Estenove has used up a lot of my grafts. I am not sure where to go from here but I recommend everyone not to get their transplant from Estenove. This place is a scam. Everything that was promised to me is untrue.

I am 9 months after the surgery and after the bends there is nothing but memories. I regained my self-confidence and I am very satisfied. I recommend the clinic to anyone who struggles with hair loss.

Upon deciding to proceed with the procedure, they assembled a WhatsApp group specifically for me to cover everything from accommodation, visa, and limousine pickup from the airport. İrem met me at the door after they picked me up in a Mercedes and dropped me off at the hospital. She has been immensely helpful from start to finish. She literally stood by my side the entire time to ensure all my needs were being met. I was experiencing some normal swelling after the procedure so I texted her at 2 in the morning and she immediately guided me through on what to do. An absolute jewel. The actual transplant was done by a team of 4. Ahmet, Ayse , Feyzi, and Dr. Zafer. What an amazing and professional team. They truly are artists at what they do. Thank you so much team. My experience at the clinic was very good. The doctors are very friendly and respectful. They also have personal translators for each patient who also explain everything the patient needs to know about the procedure. I would highly recommend EsteNove for anyone thinking of getting a hair transplant 🙂

Great place for hair transplant, I was nervous at the beginning but translator helped me a lot Kubra was very supportive throughout my procedure. They always checkin with me on a daily basis when I reached home. Doctor and all of his team is great and very professional.

OMG ! The level of nervousness and stress I had to manage the day I started looking for Hair transplant clinics in Turkey was mountainous ! Even after choosing EsteNove, I still had my own doubts. But they proved me wrong. Therefore, I am leaving them this review hoping it helps you out there choosing a clinic and putting an end to your baldness. Chris, my medical assistant, was more than helpful. Transportation vans were on time. The team was very friendly. Dr. Zafer is extremely human with his approach. Now, let's talk about PAIN. I just want you to know out there that PAIN is so relative from one to another. I was freaking out the day of the operation, they even had to give me Xanas to relax. I was about to ask for a refund. All I read and heard was (The Anesthesia is painful). Someone described it to me as if he had a fishing hook stuck to his head. WELL ! I now believe that PAIN is vert relative and can be perceived differently. I had many laser sessions and waxing sessions. For me, I found Chest hair waxing was 10 times worse than what I experienced on the day of the operation. Therefore, please, don't let this stop you from getting your hair back. It's ABSOLUTLY MANGABLE. You can do it MAN ! To sum up : Este Nove made my whole experience WONDERFUL and I would recommend them. After a few weeks of researched I decided to go with Este nove. I contacted them and arranged a date for my hair transplant. I flew over to Istanbul from Vancouver B.C, Canada. They picked me up at the airport and arrange accommodation for me. The next morning I went into the hospital, where I met Lyndia the translator, everything went smooth with the consultation and the doctor said he can get around 4000 grafts. The surgery was around 8 hours for extracting and implanting. The only painful part was the numbing needles. Besides that, the whole time I didn't feel anything. I fell asleep twice during the procedure, I had slept for 4 hours. After the surgery, I was instructed on how to care for my new hair. They fed me lunch, gave me drugs for swelling, inflammation, and pain killers. Their driver dropped me off at the hotel to rest, the next day I went in for a washing. The experience was nice, quick, and professional. There was abit of language barrier, but they have a few translators and all of them are pretty friendly. Thanks again for accommodating me and help me with the transplantation.

Looked at different clinics in Istanbul (Turkey) and what made my mind up was the fantastic communication from the sales Person (called Tomas) . No sales pressure and very informative and genuine person . When I arrived to the clinic was greeted by a very warm and welcoming team . Our English speaking lady (Seren ) was superb and was in attendance every step of the way to make sure everything was ok and also answered any questions I had Highly recommend Este Nove every time !

I've had a great experience. It can be quite a challenge to find the right clinic, but I can only recommend Este Nove, as they are great at what they do, and I didn't have to worry about anything as it was super organized. We were picked up from the airport, the hotel was arranged and transfer between the hotel and the hospital were super on time. Everybody was very friendly, they make you feel comfortable with the whole procedure, and the communication and steps you need to follow are clear. I can only recommend them!

From the very start Kubra meets you at the curb and guides you thru the entire process. She is a key part of the experience, she helps you understand what is about to happen and what you need to do to take care of your new hair. I am writing this review and it is day 8 after my transplant and it was easy! Kubra is available upon texting, from anywhere in world. She is Great and the entire team as well. Yet, Kubra gets 5+ stars. I have already recommended Este Nove to other friends and showed my new hair and how fast and easy it is.

A Fantastic service from start to finish. You basically book the flights and everything else is sorted for you. 5 star pick up and drop off service and the same with the hotel. Everyone at the hospital is really friendly and welcoming and the procedure itself was totally painless. I am now on day 10 after the procedure and I’m really happy with the results. Definitely recommend

Great team of doctors & staff. There are a lot of place for hair transplant in Munich, but I have selected Este Nove based on reviews. Still, I was afraid about all the things, but staff was very supportive. Selen was always available for any query from starting, Ilayda as A Translator was very supportive during whole operative procedure. I say thanks to all staffs. Total 4200 grafts implanted. It has been almost 20 days and everything is going as expected. I would recommend visiting this Clinique for Hair transplant.

Estenova is just a small part of Academic Hospital, hardly you will find any boards of Estenova, so just giving a headsup. They literally only went half way, I repeatedly told the guy what I wanted... English is not the best there, so good luck explaining what you want... they said, but the guy drew the lines, I kept repeating again and AGAIN that I wanted the whole top area done... When I left, the lady said I'd be compensated, but we all know that this will not happen... plus they are exactly twice the price of everyone else... they'll say it's because we do it in a hospital and others do it in a clinic... 🤷 you did a half job anyway

Excellent service !! Everybody who work for that company is very helpful and friendly. They have amazing service from beginning to the end. Seren, Serhat and Ilayda was our translator and they were amazing. Doctor Zafer was with us all the time , everything was under control. We felt like we are at home. Hotel transfer , everything was arranged. We suggest them without any doubts !
