They literally only went half way, I repeatedly told the guy what I wanted... English is not the best there, so good luck explaining what you want... they said, but the guy drew the lines, I kept repeating again and AGAIN that I wanted the whole top area done... When I left, the lady said I'd be compensated, but we all know that this will not happen... plus they are exactly twice the price of everyone else... they'll say it's because we do it in a hospital and others do it in a clinic... 🤷 you did a half job anyway

Never trust them about the price and treatments. if you are living foreign country,they can change the price when you land in istanbul,they will say misunderstanting.never will be the same price never will be the same treatment.never trust the agreement.hair transplant price is 3000 dolar.they can missed and forget part of your hair/head for transplant.they can say misunderstanding . you can even find somewhere more proffessional more cheaper more trustable place like international hospitals.so i believed that;when you search clinics in google you can see this clinic in first lines but it s just about google ads tricks.

Can't recommend EsteNove highly enough. Staff are all friendly, quick and efficient with responding to any questions you may have and also very helpful. From start of the transplant to the end nurses and doctors made you feel very comfortable even though it was a painless procedure. Really can't fault EsteNove in any way!

B E W A R E of this company, they charge double the price of every other company, and only do half a job! They literally stopped half way on my head and just left me like that???! I went for a facial treatment aswell... again they did a half job and made me leave the hospital with pen marks all over my face and charged me 4 times the going rate... please research other companies before using this Este nove

Excellent service !! Everybody who work for that company is very helpful and friendly. They have amazing service from beginning to the end. Seren, Serhat and Ilayda was our translator and they were amazing. Doctor Zafer was with us all the time , everything was under control. We felt like we are at home. Hotel transfer , everything was arranged. We suggest them without any doubts !

We did a lot of research before picking this clinic for my husband. From day one, the staff was very informative, knowledgeable, understanding, and very quick to reply. Anytime I had a concern or question, there was an immediate answer. The transfer from the airport to the hotel and then hotel to clinic was very smooth and convenient. We were greeted by Lydia, and she was the one responsible for relaying information back and forth. She was honestly amazing! So kind, patient, and again informative. She was so detailed in explaining the process and aftercare. We definitely highly recommend this clinic, very professional and clean environment.

I have made good research as well as few friend/colleagues references I have decided to move on with hair transplant at Este Nove, and I must say my experience went really well. I had the Sapphire FUE hair transplant procedure at Este Nove after discussed with Lady called Zoe, she has explained all details information and procedure. Everything from airport pick up, hotel with breakfast included, consultation, and the procedure was great. Airport pick up and hotel pick up drivers were very good and co-operative. The hotel is nice and located in a touristy area. Breakfast was great. Also, it was centre of Istanbul so it`s commutable to get anything you want anytime. When I was arrived at the hospital, the lovely lady called Kubra was next me whole time since start to end of hair transplant operation and she was brilliant translator which was really helpful for me with two-way conversation and felt completely relaxed also during meeting with the doctor was very reassuring and help for any translation through out the day of operation. The anaesthesia shots where a little bit unpleasant but the pain was manageable. After the procedure was lasted for 8 to 9 hours, she gave me to eat some food. I was starving because the procedure was taken whole day and long operation. I would like to say special thanks to all the operation team members, honestly, I don`t remember the name of all members. But I remember two ladies who performed my hair transplant. I must say they are very hardworking, very strict with timings and very well experienced. All the surgeons that worked on me throughout the day were amazing and so lovely. It’s been over a month since my procedure. Everything looks great. The team was excellent, and communication has been outstanding. Looking forward to seeing the result in a few months’ time. Thank you very much for the wonderful job performed by all member of staff. After some research I decided on Este Nove… and it exceeded my expectations. Right from the beginning I was contacted by Murat who arranged everything for me and answered all my questions and I booked up very quickly. Had the procedure done last month, Very smooth and professional service from start to finish. Had no trouble finding my taxi at the airport, dropped at my lovely hotel. My procedure was the next day. Great team of doctors & staff. There are a lot of place for hair transplant in Munich, but I have selected Este Nove based on reviews. Still, I was afraid about all the things, but staff was very supportive. Selen was always available for any query from starting, Ilayda as A Translator was very supportive during whole operative procedure. I say thanks to all staffs. Total 4200 grafts implanted. It has been almost 20 days and everything is going as expected. I would recommend visiting this Clinique for Hair transplant.
