Words can’t explain how happy I am. Coming from Gold Coast, Australia, I spoke to like 5 other companies, some of which were cheaper than Este Nova, but I thought what is a couple of thousand extra if it means it’s FIRST CLASS, after all, it’s my hair, we need to be in good hands…. Dr Zafer and his team did a fabulous job, I watched a Bollywood movie, and even took a nap during the procedure My guide was Ilyda, made me feel so comfortable, from the moment the car arrived to the hospital and took me through the whole procedure ❤️❤️❤️

A very interesting experience by Este Nove down in the city of Istanbul, from the airport transfer till the Hotel and Clinic, from the nurse till the Doctor, everything was as it supposed to be... I have to tell you. This team did not disappoint. I'm from Toronto Canada. I contacted Este Nove showing them exactly what I want and need done on a video call. They told me what I need and the cost. I decided to pull the trigger and go with it. Now I'm back home in Toronto and very happy with how everything went. From the transportation to the procedure day and also the after care. I even went with 2 buddies that got it done as well. Now they ask for us to send photo of our progress. There was no problems and everyone was very nice. I am very happy and it was a pleasure meeting everyone and thank you so much!! Can't wait to see the results in a year!!!

Finding the right HT clinic can be very tricky, but EsteNove have made the experience very easy. From the moment I first contacted them on WhatsApp they were extremely friendly, answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Once I arrived in Turkey, the face-to-face consultation with Dr Zafar was very pleasant, with Seren the English translator being present the entire time, even during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. The procedure itself was quick, with a team of Nurses / Technicians performing the extraction and insertion phases, and Dr Zafar performing the incision which is the most important. This is the main reason I chose EsteNove, because the Dr actually performs part of the procedure, whereas other clinics the Dr only does the consultation and thats it. Overall a very great experience, EsteNove have been very attentive and professional throughout. 100% made the right decision in choosing EsteNove. I will update this review once I see results in the next 8-12 months.

After consulting many sites and contacting many clinics to carry out my transplant in Turkey, I am very happy to have finally chosen Este Nove. Clearly the level of care and monitoring before and after the operation is remarkable and stands out from the competition. The team takes great care from arrival at the airport until the moment of return. The hotel, the VIP taxis and the clinic are very high-end. French friends, you can go there with your eyes closed! Ps: 12 days after the operation my forehead line is already very much re-densified!

I travelled from Manchester to get a hair transplant done with EsteNove... And it was fantastic! The process was so smooth from start to finish. I was picked up directly from the airport and taken to my hotel where I got settled in which was the day before the operation. The day of the operation I was fully informed by the EsteNove team what to prepare and what to expect. I was picked up by a private transfer and taken for my consultation & operation. I was extremely nervous at the start of the day but the whole team were fantastic they put me at ease very quickly and lifted my spirits. I'd also like to give a shout out to my translator ilayda who spent the day keeping me constantly informed of each step of the transplant procedure, and for answering the hundreds of questions I was asking throughout the day(s) After the operation I was given food/drink and then taken back to my hotel to rest. The next day I was picked up and taken for my first head wash and then driven back to the airport for my return trip. All in all the whole day from start to finish was so smooth and I could not have asked for anything more. I would even say it exceeded my expectations. They are a great team and I barely had to lift a finger! Can't wait to see what my hair looks like in the coming 12 months! Thanks again! Rob

I was very pleased with every aspect of this company. Being from the USA, traveling to Istanbul for a procedure like this, can leave you a bit uneasy. EsteNove and their whole staff made the entire process so easy and comfortable. You can count on them to arrange the transportation to and from the Airport to the Hotel, as well as, to and from the Hospital. The Hotel was just what you need and located in a convenient location to get around, if you choose. I came a couple days before the procedure to see some of Istanbul - I highly recommend it! Just communicate that with the consult and they’ll get you taken care of as far as hotel accommodations. The staff at EsteNove were all very friendly and professional. The Dr knows exactly what he’s doing and does a great job bringing your realistic expectations to life. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. The medical staff, that will assist the Dr for the procedure, did a great job. They were quick, yet precise in getting the transplant done. Every person there had such a welcoming and friendly personality. While most people spoke a little bit of English, I would not have gotten to know this if it wasn’t for the translator, Lydia. She was there to greet me as I got to the Hospital. She was with me at every step of the procedure, communicating between myself and the staff. Lydia really helped make the whole situation comfortable and smooth by bridging that gap of communication. Her knowledge about the procedure and aftercare instructions helped put my mind at ease of what I needed to do and what I could expect. I would highly recommend this company and their staff to take care of your hair transplant operation. They’re great at what they do. I’m looking forward to seeing the results of their work in the coming months.
