I am very please with the experience I had with Este NOVE and everyone that I interacted with, starting with Dr. Zafer Cetinkaya, Jason, Serena, Cansu, Polina and Baris. Way before I arrived they create a WhatsApp pre and post procedure chat to keep you updated of every details as well as answering any questions you may have. The day of the surgery was very packed, everyone worked to keep you in the center of the attention, as you will be the only patient to treat at the time scheduled. They explain what to expect, the length of the procedure, discuss your hairline style, number of graft to transplant, etc. Este NOVE procedures takes place at the Academic Hospital, a very clean and certified institution in the Asian side of town. I want to point this out, because their legal office on google shows a different location. I recommended the team to update this specific information, as it brings more security and trust to international clients like me. Now, every 3 days the team will request pictures of my head, to closely follow up with instructions and recommendation base on my progress. If you are in the market for a hair transplant. Two weeks ago I did a hair transplant at EsteNove. They are very professional starting from the day that we arrive Turkey. They arrange everything throughly from airport pick up, hotel stay and what you need to do before and after the transplant. The service was top of the line. My experience at EsteNove has been nothing short of wonderful. From the first virtual consultation to the post-operative checkup and washing, the staff was very professional and considerate. I was looking for the best one for my har transplantation and after a long search I found ESTENOVE. I consciously capitalized this name because they were great. I went up there with a lot of fear but that fear was gone at that moment when I was taken in by a very talented and professional Tim, The translator Seren treated me very professionally from reception and throughout my stay. Estenove must be really proud of Seren I would not hesitate to have such a professional translator and Tim treat me again.I recommend 100%.

Unfortunately after seeking opinions of several known clinics of what este nova did to me, I have to put another review. The hotel did not have a working T.v but they fixed it. The fridge wasn't working but they fixed it. No air conditioning in Summer but theyclaim 5 stars. I received 3300 grafts but they said they would give me 3500-3800. But. , they did not fix. I had several clinics told me they cannot understand. How they gave 3300 grafts but lied and overcharged. The doctor doesn't do the transplant. They lied. I do not recommend Este Nova

The entire team from Airport pickup to Airport drop off was excellent and the team was always on scheduled time . It was a celebrity treatment . Ms Kubra , was the first one and last one to interact at the facility , further I felt I knew Kubra for very long time . I will recommend EsteNove to people here in USA. Este Nove was absolutely worth every penny. I am from the US, and for a hair transplant of 2000 grafts I was quoted $7500 USD. I left my operation with Este Nove with 3800 grafts. I paid $3500 USD for 3800 grafts, 5 star hotel, transportation to and from the airport, appointments, 2 rounds of PRP injections, 6 months of aftercare products and wonderful staff who communicated with me anytime day or night. The fact that Este Nove is all inclusive, with everything set up was the real selling point for me. I didn’t have to worry about anything! All of the medications were included and I was fed after surgery. Kübra was so very helpful in helping my girlfriend and I answer questions about the area we were staying in and navigating Turkish culture as an American. Kübra was tending many customers, and was still able to be present when communicating with us. 😇😇 The pain of getting the anesthesia injections was very painful, but after the anesthesia kicked in I felt no pain; I even fell asleep during the procedure 😂. I am very happy with my results, and I highly recommend Este Nove if you are looking to travel to İstanbul to get a hair transplant procedure.

I did extensive research from the U.S. looking up hair clinics in Istanbul. I came across Este Nove and did not find one bad review. One of the top reasons why I picked them to perform my hair transplant was because they were extremely quick to respond to my questions/concerns/feedback when I wrote or called them on WhatsApp, in particular Matt. Literally, they would get back to me within minutes no matter the time of day. That made me very comfortable and gained my trust and respect because other clinics would take at least a day or two, sometimes more, to respond. My experience from the beginning was wonderful and very professional. They picked me up in a nice van (limo) and was greeted by Kübra upon arrival, who helped me understand the process. She took me around to meet everyone which was very appreciated and made me feel at comfort. Dr. Zafer Çetinkaya saw me shortly after and drew a great hairline and answered any questions. He was very professional and I could tell very experienced. Then shortly after I met the technicians who were very friendly. I got along with all of them great! Throughout the operation I was checked on multiple times to see how I was doing. Both the Dr. and technicians performed the operation. At the end I was completely satisfied. They provided all the aftercare then I saw everyone the following day for a hair shampoo and to review next steps. They have been very thorough and again, responsive, in the days following the operation. I highly recommend Este Nove to anyone considering getting a hair transplant.
