First 5 minutes of the surgery I felt a bit of discomfort but after that was painless at all. Happy with the results 👍🏽

I am only 9 days post surgery but I’m hopeful it will all grow in well. Este Nove did a great job taking care of me. I was hesitant to travel so far for such an important procedure but they did an awesome job from my first message to them all the way until now with multiple check ins throughout the week post op. They are very responsive and just took really good care of me in general. It is well worth the trouble of traveling to Turkey to get this done and much more affordable than anything else I’ve found in the multiple countries I’ve lived in. Basically, all you have to do is get off the plane, they take care of everything. You are well cared from start to finish. The medical staff was the best I have ever seen. Everything done to the highest medical standards cleanliness. Staff really cares about your restoration. Also the Turkish lady,s were so nice and there work is so efficient and pinpoint. My experience was very good, everybody there was professional and very polite. The process was also quick, it didn’t take that long- maybe 5 hours. I’m still waiting for the results, but overall I’m pleased with my visit, I would definitely recommend.

I just returned home after a 3 day visit to Istanbul for DHI hair transplant from EsteNove and I am very excited to see the finished results in some months time. Every step of my experience has been very positive with good information and quick response times. I can't thank the team at Este Nove enough. They set a very sensible expectation for my potential results, as my hair loss was extensive. The results were better than expected, but no miracle. EsteNove from the beginning of my consult was a great experience. The staff was and still is extremely helpful and ask for images every other day to ensure success after the procedure. She made sure everything went smoothly, always made sure I was comfortable, and even made the experience enjoyable throughout every stage of the process. Their speed shortened the day by half the time of what other places told me would take 12 hours, they did it in 6.5 hours, which made the whole day so much easier on me. EsteNove is the real deal. From my very first enquiry to getting home from the procedure they have been beyond excellent. Alara in particular has been absolutely amazing, she was my first point of contact and has continued to keep up with me even now I’m home again, answering any queries I might have at any hour of the day, she truly has been exceptional. I met the team when I arrived whom were all friendly and clearly enthusiastic for their work. Serena was my translator on the day and did a fantastic job of helping me communicate while I was there as well as helping me understand my aftercare regime (very important!). Aside from how well the procedure went, there were a few other notable points. The hotel I was booked into was lovely and the food they serve was fantastic. The team in charge of organising my transfers did a great job, all of my taxis were prompt, comfortable and very friendly, some even setup their phone’s hotspot to provide me Wi-Fi on my journeys. I am SOLD from this experience so far. I am one week past my procedure and I am fully back to work in my office. I can NOT believe it! The team is completely professional and every detail was planned well and they are SO responsive and proactive in communication with me via Whats App from the day of consult to this very moment. I hear from the team every day and they have great reminders and info for me as I continue to heal and take care of my new hair. The initial thought of traveling from the USA to Istanbul for a transplant seemed like huge project and kind of scary too with planning and figuring it all out, but everything went very smoothly. EVERY PART WAS GOOD about their ocmmunication starting from initial video call consultation every step was taken with total care by the EsteNove team! I was comfortable and traveled alone from NY to Istanbul (get direct flights only) and the Pickup & Drop from Airport to Hotel, Hotel to Hospital - every time was on time and very nice vehicales. The Hotel is pretty good. Clean and with free breakfast but definitely not a vacation destination hotel however it got the job done. Breakfast was good and included but the restaurant for lunch and dinner in the hotel was not all that great so order out or step out around the block and get the GOOD FOOD! Kubra at the hospital received me and took me straight to doctor and walked me through the entire expreience. Her English was absolutely perfect and comforting to me and the team completed my procedure and took good care of me in the post procedure and provided me with perfect and easy to understand instructions.
