It’s been such a good experience. From air port pick up to hotel and procedure. Serena was my translator but she went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. It’s been a great time and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get a transplant.

Everything went well with my hair transplant on 12/11/22. I am a norwood 7 so will need 2nd session in a year to have full head of hair. However, I am extremely pleased with the 1st session of 3,500 grafts and the hairline. Dr Zafer his team was kind and caring. Highly recommended and worth the travelling from Australia.

Serena, ilayda, gamze and karolina were exceptionally helpful in every step in the process so far. All of the surgery staff are also super professional and understanding. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very kind and helpful people, they cater to your needs, and they have translators for any language barriers. The procedure is not painful however the anaesthesia needles do hurt a lot. And they look after you the whole time making sure your ok and if you need a break/food. They help you out a lot with the after care making sure you know exactly what to do. You can message them at any time and someone will respond to your message.

Great experience. The transplant was a great experience vs the ones i had in the u.s. the u.s. transplants were the equivalent of going to McDonald's. Where este nove was like a fine dining 5 star restaurant. Complete attention to detail with thorough aftercare instructions and information.

Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!!Found my experience not that great the clinic asked if they could get a photographer in for photos and to take a video.I pacifically said no for getting this done.they went ahead and done this anyway had photographer in the surgery room taking photos.all so they could put on there website.I payed for exclusive package but they have only watsapp me 3 times after operation 🤷🏻‍♂️after posting this clinic got back to me asking me to remove this and one of the girls said they would be back in touch buy Thursday.iv messaged her now she is just ignoring me.Very unprofessional.this is what she said (Thank you for your detailed message, I will check it with our hospital team, and check with the management regarding what we can do for you. This clinic is very elegant! Very impressed! They provide a hotel and transportation to and from the clinic for their clients. The hotel is not far from the clinic which is great and everyone at the clinic is very nice, friendly and very helpful with everything. The clinic provides someone who speaks in your spoken language, which has been very helpful in the process of hair transplant.

Firstly, it was so overwhelming trying to decide which hair transplant clinic to go to but after reading their reviews and speaking with the team, I was confident it was the right decision! I am very satisfied with the service and experience I received at EsteNove and would highly recommend this clinic for anyone suffering hair loss. The communication via whatsapp was fantastic from start to finish and the team were very professional. Everything from the transfers, operation procedure day and final day bandage removal/cleaning was great! Let me explain what happened with this clinic, first they baited me on the internet telling me that 5 stars hotel are included and transportation from the airport to the hotel and then to the clinic. Soo i took my ticket for istanbul then when i arrived no one was their to pick me up soo i had to take a taxi and paying my first night soo next day they told me a driver was coming to pick me up from the hotel that i stayed the first night and i was waiting in the lobby for over an hour then i took a taxi to go to their clinic they told me 3000 dollars 🇺🇸 for my noses then we scheduled the rino plasti for my noses job soo they asked me a deposit of 1000 dollars 🇺🇸 then on the they of my operation they told me that i have to pay 4000 dollars 🇺🇸 Or they will not proceed soo i paid 2000 dollars 🇺🇸 cash and an other 2000 dollars 🇺🇸 cash and they charge me around 10% for the credit card fees. After i Cheked with some people in Turkey and the noses job goes from 1000 dollars 🇺🇸 to 1500 dollars 🇺🇸 soo they double the transaction and they are soo cheap to charge the credit card transaction plus on top of that there hotel are not 5 stars hotel and at the end they wanted me to pay for 13 night in the hotel soo i really don’t recommend this clinic because they are only about money and they are not honest at all

I searched a lot for my fast declining hair, specially hairline and found Estenove. Contacted them and ZOE responded. She listened to my problem and asked for my details and head pictures. Soon she responded with the details of the process and how many grafts I would need to recover my hair line and crown. It took me 2 days to decide, that I will come to Estenove for my transplant. Estenove is one of the best experience of my life. I was in communication with them for the last 4months. They provided me the best service. All arrangements were done professionally and best of class. From airport pick up, hotel to the hospital and back and drop off to the airport in top of the line vehicle and well spoken drivers. My translator SERENE made my transplant process easy. The doctors are amazing at the hospital. Serene kept me informed through out the process and the follow up appointment. She gave me detailed information on how to use the post surgery kit and how to take care of the newly implant grafts. The hospital facility is another great place where the transplant happened. I will be coming back for my 2nd round next year to do my crown. The pictures I attached below are second life of my hair. Such a detailed and professional work. I definitely recommend everyone to contact Estenove for all types of hair transplant and even questions prior to decide.

This was absolutely and amazing experience from start to finish. They were so patient with figuring out what I wanted to do and were all honestly kind and just genuine people! Jason locked me in with his kind and honest attitude! Seren helped me through the entire process at my side! Cansu was just straight up the boss and made things happen for me! Cansu is one heck of a captain! Sultan had a great attitude and took great pictures and really made the entire experience so much more enjoyable! Elfca is a master of her craft and I could feel it as she placed follicle after follicle with perfect technique! Dr. Zafer did a great job with the incisions and the rest of the team made the rest of the magic happen! They even assured me that any future concerns and adjustments that need to be made will be covered under the lifetime warranty! I personally just think if you are going to get your hair done this place is the move! Very solid for me and it can be very solid for you too!

I have to admit, I was skeptical about going because the price was so relatively cheap in comparison to BOSLEY in The U.S….. I figured now way they would do 3000 grafts vs 1500 grafts for 1/3rd the price… Anyways, from arrival to exit everyone was friendly, helpful, and timely! They are experts and the accommodations are awesome. My head is a bit sore, but the experience is a awesome and well worth it. Ready for the results to come it…. Also the have translators to greet you as soon as you arrive!! I worked with Serena. Lastly, I got the PRP package with the 6 months supply of hair care and the 2 PRP shots…. In the US PRP shots alone are no less that 300… so this is an overall steal of a deal… I miss you already Turkey ! Lol

Amazing! The reviews were fantastic for EsteNove before I went which made my decision easy, but the results have been amazing. I was struggling with my hairline for 10 years before going for this procedure and I just wish I went earlier, the staff have been amazing both whilst I was in Instanbul and since I’ve been back in the UK. I have recommended this place to lots of my friends and I will continue to do so, changed my life!

I was very well received from the start, all the staff were very nice and helpful, the operation I chose was the DHI method, 3400 hair grafts were put in, the operation team was very professional and good, now it is the 12th day after the operation and I look very looking good, hopefully the result will also be good 😊 finally the result will come after about 6 months.
