Mi experiencia ha sido muy grata, siempre en contacto con Onurcan, una atención que genera confianza en todo momento y me aportó soluciones siempre que fue necesario. En resumen, sentir los beneficios de la salud bucodental lo expreso con una sonrisa realmente buena y bonita.

Per quanto riguarda la struttura e i consulenti compreso il traduttore non ho nulla da dire ma dopo la guarigione post rinoplastica il risultato a sette mesi di distanza è sotto le mie aspettative.È rimasto un callo osseo che fa difetto sull’osso proprio dove avevo il problema dell’osso schiacciato e dove bisognava intervenire.Tramite la consulente mi dice che è normale come dice il dottore e di aspettare.Alla fine quando ho riferito di andare in ospedale qui a Napoli x un controllo e capire mi ha detto che il dottore ha detto che devo fare una secondaria quindi tornare lì per la bellezza di 3600€ x una correzione di un risultato scarso,assurdo!

I honestly do not know where to start! I thankfully was only a companion to a friend having surgery. Arrived late in the night, due to flight delays beyond the hospitals control as these flights were booked separately. Upon arrival, staff on main reception were rude, and did not speak English. We communicated via a translating app. Communication during this checking in process was terrible, we weren’t informed of anything they were doing. A nurse appeared and took my friend to the A&E department for tests and was order to sit, and come. These were the only words… no explanations or bedside manner. They honestly did not care. Once a few different room visits and medical checks we were shown to the room where we would stay. As a companion I was given a sofa to sleep on. We were given 1 small hand towel to use between us. Again the nursing staff used a translating app to communicate. The next day was surgery day. A day I will never forget. Once my friend return to the ward I can only describe what I heard was the wallowing, and screaming from the depths of hell. She was screaming in pain. I’ve never head the screams like that, and I’ll never forget them. Unfortunately this was not the only time I hear these screams, they were heard several time when other people returned from theatre. I don’t actually think they give enough pain relief before they wake people back up from be asleep during the operation. The hospital was dirty. No bed changed in 7 nights. Bathroom mouldy. Good vile! Bedside manner by all staff and surgeon were disgusting. Rude, and they haven’t got time for you. I would do a lot of research before you go to anyone but so much of this goes on so a lot of private hospitals. I would definitely avoid Erdem!!! I don’t know how anyone could travel Alone and cope with what my friend had to following lipo surgery. The animals on the street get treated better.

Por segunda vez les comparto mi experiencia con un procedimiento realizado en el Hospital Ederm y sus excelentes y amables profesionales. Esta vez decidí hacer un cambio drástico en mis dientes y sonrisa, que estaban apagados y feos, y me hice un "HOLLYWOOD S". Desde el primer día hasta el último tuve un excelente apoyo de todo el equipo del hospital durante mi procedimiento y el Los resultados ya se vieron al cuarto día con dientes perfectos y alineados, además de un cambio repentino, para mejor, en mi estética bucal, me encantó el resultado, que además de hermoso mejoró mucho mi calidad masticatoria y bucal. Funcionalidad. Lo recomiendo a todo aquel que quiera realizar cualquier tipo de tratamiento estético, hable con ellos y busque una solución a su problema. Además de hacer realidad nuestros sueños, Ederm Hospital brinda una experiencia inolvidable y muy profesional desde la llegada al hospital. Último día en Estambul, que es una ciudad hermosa y acogedora. ¡Gracias Ederm por lograr más un sueño y seguramente volveré pronto para realizar otro procedimiento!

1 star is too much! Turned up at the clinic and nobody spoke a word of English. They had to use google translate on their phones to speak to me. The only one that spoke English was the surgeon. After surgery I was telling them I was about to vomit, they all just stared at me as I proceeded to throw up all over myself (very painful after breast surgery) they then left me covered in vomit all day/night. In the morning they gave me breakfast which was mouldy bread (I have pictures) I then went back to the hotel, thank god as I was glad to get out of there. When I came home I was experiencing pain in my left breast, I messaged my coordinator and she kept telling me to wait until 6 weeks after the surgery. 6 weeks past..I messaged her again and was told she’d pass it on to the surgeon, well 3 months later I am still waiting for a reply from the surgeon. They are completely ignoring me. I’ve tried every avenue. I am in pain and taking painkillers every night to be able to sleep. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!! You will receive no aftercare whatsoever.

After alot of research I decided that erdem was the hospital for my gastric sleeve surgery. I dealt with Kerem from start and procedure completed by Dr Ali Solmaz. Great care, translators available, aftercare has been really positive. shout out to translator maryiam (sorry about spelling), she was fantastic. Thank you, if you are considering this hospital, you won't be disappointed.

Une très bonne expérience avec une équipe de qualité concernant le médecin mais aussi les infirmières qui sont adorables et surtout un très bon suivi de la part de Sarah qui a été parfaite et a su répondre à toute mes questions et me rassurer à de nombreux moments!!!

I’m disgusted by the level of respect I was given by the medical assistants. I have a diagnosis of autism, and they said I am not eligible for it because of being autistic. He said ‘if I wasn’t autistic, I would be eligible.’ I was very disgusted by their surgeon and the behaviour. If you want to have surgery done here, good luck if you’re autistic- you won’t go anywhere. Good thing I have not paid a penny or had it done by them. I will definitely be in touch with another clinic.

Me operé el día 18/09 el trato con mi asesor Onur fue maravilloso desde el primer día ,atento y siempre dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda muy satisfecha con su atención. Respecto al hospital enfermera maravillosas y encantadora y doctor Ali super profesional en su trabajo y Anim la traductora maravillosa persona simpática son todos muy allegados a los enfermos y eso te hace sentir como en casa gracias por todo.....

My daughter started her journey with the Erdem hospital back in march this year. She decided it was her best option to lose weight which was something that had plagued her life for many years and after 8 long years of trying for a baby but never being successful. We had decided her best option was to lose weight and then see as to why she wasn't falling pregnant. In March we flew to Istanbul and she had her gastric sleeve operation. The Erdem team were outstanding from the minute we arrived, throughout her consultation and her surgery. The week stay there was unforgettable because of how good they were with her. Since her journey began she has lost a staggering 6.5 stone and now has her life back. She is sociable, happy and looks amazing but this isn't it all, 3 days ago we found out she is PREGNANT! and we are all over the moon and so chuffed for her and her soon to be family. This is all down to the Erdem team, each and every one of them. We are eternally grateful for the life you have saved and the new life she has within her. Thank you xxx

Lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera muy buena, es que se cumplió con todo lo que en su momento se había acordado, desde España a Turquía, Onur me facilito todo, desde el minuto 1 hasta el final de la estancia y estuvo pendiente en todo momento. Un gran gracias a Onur, mi agente asignado, que estaba muy pendiente de todas mis necesidades durante toda mi estadía en Estambul!

Mi experiencia fue genial ,El doctor Ali es un gran profesional, no fue una sorpresa pues hace seis meses mi hijo también fue intervenido por el doctor, esto además de una gran confianza da mucha tranquilidad. Por todo ello por la cercanía del doctor al explicar el proceso y el trato recibido por todas las personas del equipo medico traductores etc recomendamos con total confianza a estos grandes profesionales.

I came to Erdem Hospital Gunesli as a companion with my partner who had liposuction and abdominoplasty with Op. Dr. Ayse Kalay. Overall our experience was great and I would recommend. I think each Erdem Hospital should have it's own Trustpilot page as some of the reviews can be misleading depending on which clinic you're planning to visit. The hospital was spotless, cleaners were coming into the room at least twice a day to change bedding/mop floors/remove litter. All of the nurses were lovely and attentive, and although there was a language barrier (we're from the UK) they were still telling us what they were doing and which medication was which etc. MY partner never once had to ask for pain medication, it was being administered on a regular basis and the nurses were always asking how the pain was. The transfers were comfortable and on time, the co-ordinator (Ozlem) was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had within a reasonable time. The food was ok, there wasn't any choice it was a case of eat what you're given, but the portion sizes were good and each day was something different. Dr Ayse has done a fantastic job with the operation, the scar looks really neat and my boyfriend is very happy with the results so far. It's still early days in the recovery process so there is still some swelling in the area but this was explained to us and so we knew to expect this. There are translators in the hospital that you can find quite easily, and they tend to come into the room to introduce themselves and check up on you which I thought was nice. Of course there was a bit of a language barrier at times, given that we are English in a Turkish hospital. This didn't cause too much of problem though as the nurses and staff spoke some English, but also Google translate was super helpful for when the translators were busy. If I had to suggest any improvements it would be with the communication - while my partner was down for the operation I wasn't given any updates (if surgery was done, if all went well etc), which would have been nice to have as it was a long 5 hours to wait with no update! Other than that everything was great from start to finish, and all in all I was very impressed with the whole process - the hospital, the staff, the level of care that was given etc.

Terug uit Turkije en wat een ontzettend goede clinic.. geweldig personeel en kundige artsen. Ik kan voor degene die overwegen hier voor een behandeling naar toe te willen alleen maar zeggen, twijfel niet. Het is 100 % betrouwbaar. Wat ook heel fijn is dat je altijd alles kan bespreken met een Nederlandse als er wat onduidelijkheid is.
