Bonjour à tous et à toutes Ce message s’adresse à ceux qui hésite à prendre leur décision . A franchir le pas Opération ou pas?? La Sleeve ou by-pass est une opération anxiogène Pour ma pars j’ai fais un by-pass le 20juin 2023 L’équipe a été très accueillante Infirmière/dame de ménage .personnel administratif. Le docteur ADNAN été très à l’écoute , très présent,et très professionnel. Même si le personnel ne parle pas français pour ma part je ne parle pas anglais. Merci surtout à mon premier contact Sarah interprète qui m’a accompagnée tous au long de mon voyage Merci à EUYUL la diététicienne qui nous accompagne aussi avec ses bon conseils même après ma rentrée en France Merci à toute l’équipe ERDEM pour cette renaissance Aurélie

Cela fais maintant 1 mois et demi que je suis opérer. Et j’en suis à -14 kilos. Mon parcours sleeve a été super ! Sarah a été là pour moi tout le long, d’avant à après elle a toujours été à mon écoute. Le docteur Adnan est juste incroyable et adorable. Il est professionnel et très prévenants! Toutes les infirmières présente lors de mon hospitalisation on aussi été génial. ❤️

Erdem Hospital is amazing x, I couldn't thank nursing staff and Dr Ali anymore. On arrival after full health checks, you are taken to meet all staff and view the area where you will have surgery. Dr Ali then comes to see you daily before surgery to explain the procedure and answer any questions. The quality of care is amazing before and after surgery. The after care is as wonderful, still 3 months after surgery Erdem still contact me every 3/4 weeks to check weight, health and any dietary details I need.. 5 star treatment throughout :) Thankyou to you all, for giving me a great new start to my new journey in life xx

Alles sauber und Ordentlich, habe nur freundliche und zuvorkommende Menschen kennengelernt, alles lief super ab.Habe mich die ganze zeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt , alles wurde erklärt und man konnte immer nach fragen. Man könnte vielleicht die Badezimmer etwas modernisieren aber das ist nur ein kleines Manko

Sono arrivata dall'Italia alla clinica Erdem il 23/07/2023 per fare liposuzione gambe, lifting braccia, cosce e polpacci in seguito ad una importante perdita di peso. La mia assistente si chiama Meryem e posso dire solo una cosa ...non potevo trovare persona migliore. È una ragazza super disponibile, super gentile, attenta ad ogni cosa, super premurosa. Parla l'italiano benissimo...e posso dire che adesso per me è come un'amica. È stata disponibile in ogni cosa, sia per ciò che mi serviva in clinica, sia in hotel e cose extra. Lei è stata la mia salvezza, senza di lei forse non avrei mai avuto il coraggio di affrontare un intervento così serio a così tanti km di distanza. Mi è stata vicino sin dai primi giorni, come se ci conoscessimo da una vita. Io le sarò grata a vita. Mi ha cambiato la vita . Per quanto riguarda la clinica posso davvero dire che è una clinica eccezionale, il personale è super gentile dai dottori, agli infermieri, agli inservienti. L'intervento, eseguito dal dottor Fatih Peker, è andato benissimo,oltre ad essere molto competente, è una persona molto umana, dolce e simpatica, esattamente come il suo divertente assistente. Adesso devo solo attendere alcuni mesi per la totale guarigione.Quindi 5 stelle meritatissime per il momento.Consiglio vivamente questa clinica, e consiglio soprattutto di rivolgervi a Meryem, che sicuramente vi sosterrà dall'inizio alla fine...e non è una cosa da poco .

Mi experiencia fue buena, el acercamiento con el traductor fue un 10, hizo todo lo posible para que entendiera el procedimiento, fue muy amable. El hospital todo en orden un protocolo muy exhaustivo… todo perfecto la comida las curaciones están pendientes de ti todo fenomenal, me sentí muy segura. estaba con profesionales. Onurcan un 10 fue muy atento desde antes de salir del país incluso tome la decisión de operarme mi nariz cuando hablaba por teléfono trámite mucha paz y da la sensación de que habla claro acerca del asesoramiento de mi nariz mucha confianza y profesional. Mi intuición esta ves no se equivocó. Recomiendo al 100x100 a la Dr kaley

En principio, esta valoración es parcial puesto que los resultados de la cirugía de injerto capilar no será totalmente visible hasta dentro de unos meses. Pero el trato recibido hasta ahora ha sido muy correcto y profesional, han respondido a todas las preguntas. Nuestro asesor médico y traductor de español, Onur, es una persona muy atenta y contesta los mensajes incluso fuera del horario laboral. El hotel estaba bastante bien, un poco lejos del centro turístico, pero cerca del hospital que es lo importante. Los traslados fueron en vehículos muy confortables y si hubo algún pequeño retraso fue por culpa del intenso tráfico de Estambul y no de los excelentes conductores. De momento muy contento con la experiencia y la ampliaré cuándo se puedan valorar los resultados. Gracias de nuevo Onur por tus servicios y atención. Saludos Enrique Serrano

Hospital bom, médicos igualmente excelentes. A equipa de enfermagem é estrelas Michelin. Em nenhum momento me senti sozinho no quarto. A todo momento estava alguma enfermeira para me vigiar e tratar. O Dr Ali todo o santo dia me ia visitar e ver como estava. É esta segurança que tinha como perspectiva e na realidade aconteceu. Só tenho a agradecer a toda a equipa do hospital Erdem pela forma como fui recebido e tratado.

My name is Henna and I came for gastric sleeve with Dr Adem who is highly professional and well skilled. The hospital was clean and all the staff are friendly. I had nurses; Betul, Semanur, Gizem, Feyza, Ahmed and Seda. They were all very helpful and took good care of me. My translators were Zuleyha and Shemshet who were so kind and made me feel instantly welcome. I would recommend this hospital to anyone and I feel grateful to have come here. Thank you

Dr.Adnan Hacim was my surgeon for my gastric sleeve surgery! I saw another review about him being a general surgeon, it does state that on their website so I don’t think they were lying. And it doesn’t mean he wasn’t qualified to do it! It’s a very simple procedure. He took longer to do mine, taking the time to perform a leak test and adding an extra row of stitches by time, and to prevent twisting. I had some complications after when I got home as a result of the anaesthetic, and the surgeon has been available to answer questions through my coordinator straight away. I think he was extremely professional and really put me at ease. The nurses were so sweet, and were extremely caring with wonderful beside manner, and would use google translate if they needed to during the night which suited me fine! Transfers were prompt, I joined the back of the transfer queue as my bag took ages but I was the first person to be collected. Nice big car with plush seats all for me, and about an hours drive from SAW airport. I was really nauseous after the surgery, and the surgeon allowed me to stay an additional night in the hospital to give me fluids and anti nausea though the drip free of charge! Dietician and translator were also fab. Highly recommend!

החוויה שלי היתה 10 מהרגע שפניתי לזינפ. היא ענתה לכל השאלות, הלבטים והיו הרבה, ועוד הפעם הלוך וחזור, עד שהחלטתי לקבוע ניתוח. קבעתי מועד למיני מעקף תוך שלש שבועות. ואני עכשיו לאחר חודש. הכל עבד בצורה מסודרת, מאורגנת, .. הכל תיקטק כמו שעון שויצרי....מרגע הנחיתה, לקבלה בבית חולים, דרך הצוות הרפואי, המנתח, הבדיקות,של הלפני ואחרי. אין בפי מילים!! קיבלתי שירות מעל למצופה!!. ולאחר הניתוח התבלבלתי עם התרופות וקיבלתי מענה לכל מה שנצרכתי. והיום חודש ממועד הניתוח קיבלתי הודעה מסודרת מהדיאטנית שתלווה אותי .. זינפ היתה מלווה תומכת ומקצועית. ממליצה בחום מניסיוני האישי

Ho fatto una rinoplastica secondaria presso Herdem hospital ,mi sono trovato benissimo dal mio arrivo grazie alla mia assistente Meryem che mi ha seguito passo passo in tutto,dalla traduzione,al hotel e per ogni cosa avessi bisogno.sono stato operato dal dott.Peker ,il migliore in assoluto,mi ha sistemato il naso come lo volevo io.un grazie a tutto lo staff
