The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, especially the translator Rabiq, and the nurses Seyma, and gűl. Plus I recovered well.

Drabia the translator isn't very nice and helpful along from charging me for water and if I ask her question for help her attitude is all over her face along with my last day here the water didn't work all day and I couldn't take a full shower because of my stitches she never told me the water was back on the shower was cold and her attitude was bad when I ask for compression socks to be help added I'm by myself and still in pain bending over but for me as a Black Man I was Uncomfortable asking but I have a 17hr flight ✈️ back home The Rest of the Staff was very Nice and friendly Dr Ali Was very Grate and the Men Translators where awesome as well also please work on your Surgeons being able to find veins I had a painful iv in my neck for 4 days it's a woman on nights that is great at finding blood veins maybe she can teach other blood workers

Absolutely awful experience with the nursing care here. I had had surgery at this hospital a week ago and though very happy with the surgical care the nursing care is not only completely demoralising but unsafe. I am writing this as a nurse from the UK. I came to the hospital on my day of surgery and was asked to read and sign some consent forms.. whilst doing this I saw on my medical sheet that they had written a set of physiological observations yet I had not had these taken, when I asked who’s these were as they were not mine they tried to lie and tell me they had been taken when an ECG was done.. I explained I am a nurse and know when my observations have been taken and they have definitely not.. they just went quiet and had nothing to say, they agreed for me to cross through them as they had been made up. They also tried to get me to sign a form in Turkish that I could not read.. apparently and unbelievably, they report it was to agree to a translator as I cannot speak Turkish… written in Turkish! After surgery I was taken to a room where I had no call bell and they had not put me in any DVT prevention stockings. I asked for these as soon as I recognised they were not on, they didn’t measure me and they gave me the wrong size they were XL and not compressed at all.. I could fit my hand down the stockings and lift them away from my legs with ease… no use for clot prevention. I had to ask for the correct size. They hardly came into my room. When they did the night nurses were absolutely awful to me. I was scared and in tears with the lack of care and safety. Post surgery they hardly checked observation and when I asked for these to be completed at midnight as nothing since 6pm the nurse said none needed until the next day at 6am and said “that’s what my eyes are for” I was under GA for nearly 7 hours.. I don’t think I need to highlight the importance of post surgical observation. They left me in tears in my room all night did not care at all they showed empathy only when the morning came when they changed my dressings ready for the surgeons to see. I did not sleep until 7am when I could hear the noise of other staff coming to work as I felt so unsafe. I asked for water in the morning at half 5 (after drinking all night - I wasn’t nil by mouth at this time) and was told I had to wait until the breakfast person to come round… the nurse couldn’t be bothered to even get me a drink! If you must use this hospital I would highly recommend you have private nursing as not only are the nurses I encountered horrible to you when you are in your most vulnerable state they are also unsafe. The only nurse that showed any compassion was the nurse that came in the day I left and apologised for my experience the previous night. I understand that this surgery is elective and I was a patient by choice, however as a nurse it is your basic duty to care for your patients in a compassionate and safe way. I just felt demoralised and scared. Avoid at all costs if your safety is important to you

I would like to give less than zero stars. I traveled from the US to have surgery here. As soon as the money was paid they started treat me very nasty. The nurses will not help you in anyway they will leave you on the room after your surgery for more than 13 hours without vital signs,antibiotics or pain medication. They will turn off the call bell when you push it and never come for hours forcing you to walk painfully to the nurses station for help. They will not assist you yo bath, empty your Foley catheter or any of your drains after surgery. When you ask them for help they will look at you with disgust and sometimes laugh in your face if other nurses are present. They will leave you on a gown and the bed drenched in blood from surgery drains and will not help you change them. I am a healthcare worker in the US and I have never Witt such disdain for patients. They will not wash their hands or wear gloves when starting an IV or drawing blood. You will have surgery and not see the doctor for 4 days. This is a horrible place. Do not come. Sometimes cheaper I’d not better!!

Salve a tutti. Non vi nascondo il mio scetticismo sull’andare all’estero per un intervento estetico ma dopo tanto mi decido e cerco su internet e grazie ad altre recensioni decido per la clinica Erdem. Entrò in contatto con Meryem che si rivela subito gentile e disponibile, dandomi tutte le informazioni a cui ero interessato. A questo punto decido che mi affiderò a loro per la mia operazione di Rinosettoplastica. Già da prima della partenza ricevo dalla mia coordinatrice tutte le informazioni su quale sarà il mio programma prima durante e dopo l’intervento. Arrivo ad Istanbul e veniamo trasferiti subito in ospedale con un auto e un servizio ottimo. Al mio arrivo in ospedale noto la pulizia e la gentilezza del personale, subito mi vengono fatti i vari esami nonostante fosse l’1 di notte e dopo vengo accompagnato in camera. La mattina seguente conosco il mio dottore o meglio la dottoressa Mina Jahani persona gentilissima e disponibile e soprattutto molto competente nonostante la giovane età, che mi fa la sua consulenza, purtroppo per altri impegni in un altra clinica Meryem non ha potuto raggiungermi, ma è stata sempre presente telefonicamente. Dopo l’operazione ho ricevuto la massima assistenza dal personale infermieristico sempre disponibile ad aiutarmi e sempre presente a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. Resto per una notte in ospedale e il giorno seguente dopo il controllo del dottore la rimozione dei tamponi mi trasferiscono in hotel (5 stelle) dove resterò per alcuni giorni prima dell’ultimo controllo e rientro in Italia. Voglio ringraziare la clinica e il personale che sono stati davvero gentili e professionali, La dottoressa Mina che è stata capace di comprendere quello che chiedevo nonostante fosse un intervento abbastanza complicato e un ringraziamento speciale a Meryem che mi ha seguito ed è stata sempre presente. Vi consiglio con tutta sincerità di scegliere ERDEM e di affidarvi a Meryem come consulente. Grazie a di cuore a tutti voi.

J ai eu l'occasion de me faire opéré d'une Sleeve le 25 septembre 2023, je recommande vivement l hôpital Erdem, j ai aujourd'hui (2 mois après) perdu 25 kg et c est pas fini .

I recently flew out to this clinic to have breast reduction surgery. Ozlam was fantastic. She answered all of my questions from start to finish. She always got back to me promptly and nothing was too much trouble, she was truly amazing! I would also like to say thank you Omer, he was always there to answer any questions I was unsure of. He was extremely helpful and made me feel very relaxed. Dr Ayse is an incredible surgeon and has changed my life, in fact there could never be enough thank you's for what you have done for me!! I will be forever grateful. All of the staff have taken very good care of me and I would highly recommend Dr Ayse Kalay and Erdem Hospital.

Nasal correction and liposuction, both completely wrong. My nose is crooked and liposuction didn't do anything. Wrote a complaint via email and received no response. I'm glad I made it alive. I think it wasn't a doctor who operated, just a doctor's assistant. Nose crooked and I've been having trouble breathing ever since

I fly from uk to Istanbul to get my tummy tuck and breast implants with erdem! I was really scare , but I cannot believe it, the team was amazing, great space, clean, food is ok , doctors are amazing! Everything from consultation, flys , transfers, hospital, hotel, was amazing ! High recommend

Non voglio evidenziare una recenzione sul risultato dell'intervento, che comunque e stato soddisfacente , ma al tutto il personale inferieristico , i ragazzi mi hanno trattato come un principe per tutta la mia permanenza, una recenzione particolare la lascio oltre alla struttura alla sig.ra che ha effettuato l'anestesia, molto premurosa e rassicurante, un altra al chilurgo Dott. Furkan kurdal, un giovane medico al'altezza della carica che occupa, ma quella speciale la faccio alla mia consulente medico la Sig.na Meryem , persona meravigliosa disponibile dolce , insomma un vero angelo che mi ha seguito con tanta pasienza e professionalità per tutto il periodo i, il suo conforto e stato prezioso .
