Based on his assessment, we decided to make an adjustment with the initial treatment plan and the procedure started shortly after. The team was very attentive from start to finish and frequently addressed any of my concerns. Now back in the US the recovery appears to be going well. My experience with lenus clinic was fantastic. Before I booked an appointment, members of the clinic assisted me keenly with all the information I needed to know in details as I was very skeptical about the surgery procedures. I stayed in a four star hotel where tourists stays with a lot of facilities close by. The hospital will be in charge of you for the whole transportation (airport-hotel-hospital) very safely. They have a very professional welcoming at the hospital treats you amazingly. There was no pain during the operation as I was expecting.

Overall i recommend this clinic. At first I was very reluctant about my surgery and that too in different country. But let me tell you the whole process from making my first call to Mr Sam and meeting him in person was pretty seamless. He took care of me and all my needs as per my requirement. The hotel was amazing and I love Turkish food so no questions ask there. Then I met Mr Matt at the hospital. He was so polite and helpful. He was with me all the time even when the surgery was going on. Loved the way he took care of me after my surgery. In fact he came out with me to show places like Grand Bazaar. He is super friendly. Kudos to Surgery Team as well. Language will not be a barrier, they all speak very good english. Also would recommend to go couple of days early before your surgery to roam in Turkey. People are very friendly and welcoming. Again highly recommended Lenus Clinic from my side.

Overall i recommend this clinic. Some area of improvement are that the driver meets you at correct airport, and that the aftercare products are mentioned up front and how much will cost (this will help with budgeting as 1 years supply is expensive). Other than than Ahmet is the main reason i selected this clinic; he was timely and could answer every single question. Upon arrival Mert was excellent at making sure all my needs were met and everything as smooth as could be. Mert went above and beyond to express his customer satiscation. Dr Attila was professional and efficient as well. I will say- the local anesthesia needles do hurt so be prepared for that. I am day 8 today still some pain and slowly recovering. Excited to see results later on.

It was great experience, very well organized. Airport pick up next day surgery and then drop off all very well managed as per my request. Surgery team was awesome, interpreter helped every minor thing for language barrier issues. Ahmet and Mert managed all the stuff exceptionally. Overall highly recommended

I had a great experience at Lenus clinic , the whole process was coordinated well with step wise guidelines which made hair transplant procedure smoother and convenient. They accommodated my schedule and offered weekend appointment which no one else was offering. My hotel stay , pickup and drop off service and day of surgery was super coordinated and well planned , I didn’t have to worry about anything. I arrived on Saturday, had my procedure done on Sunday and left Monday afternoon after my post checkup. I highly recommend Lenus clinic , the team is awesome and hospital is highly professional. I am satisfied with my results so far and looking forward to continuing to get better in coming months, my team is guiding in post recovery on weekly basis .
