I was hesitant of doing another hair transplant… because of the cost and healing time .. but when I found out I can do FUE surgery in turkey … the cost and healing time is very well acceptable … I got my surgery on Oct 19,2022 and it went well . Lenus clinic took care me very well from consultation and traveling to Istanbul .. customer service is excellent… hotel ,transport and to the staff was amazing ..I recommend Lenus clinic if you wanted to get your hair transplant. All the services are good include pick up service and the hotel. Cleaning is very nice. Ahmet is a very sense of human, nice and friendly. I would like to thank him and Lenus Clinic for everything. By the way, Istanbul is amazing!

I got my hair done with 4800 grafts and I literally got a better end result than my younger self. The staff was very helpful and careful, everyone spook excellent English but there was still a native translator to avoid any miscommunication. It was a nice experience from start to finish: luxury transfer, hotel and hospital. I only had to book my flight tickets myself and not to think about anything else, which is a very relief when you get something like this done abroad. Def recommended!

Last week I visited lenus clinic in Istanbul and my experience was great. To be completely honest that great experience started while before I landed at Istanbul Airport. So let's start from beginning. Absolutely beautiful Marco .he is hospital director explained me all process over the Whatsapp, and helped me out with booking etc while before I arrived to Turkey. She answers all my questions, even on Sunday's evenings Few days before my arrival was in touch with me to ensure all is ok. Day before transfer people send me video instructions over the Whatsapp. All went smooth, apart heavy traffic The hotel, I was put on was absolutely brilliant. Highest standards, on one of the highest floors Transplantation day was quite long, but that is the price I guess. Anyway, all necessary tests been carried out, and next steps been explained to me by Dr. Yıldırım There weren't any complications throughout transplantation and into recovery process too. very professional from my perspective. Day after hair transplant I had my check out and straight from clinic I had a transfer to airport, obviously taken back by clinic's driver in lovely van. Pretty much every day Sam is in touch with me since I back home, keep checking healing and recovery process. Thank you All. Very organized/prepared. Patient oriented. Professional Clean Clinic Happy to answered all questions. They treat you like a patient, not a customer.

Oh God! I don’t even wanna remember how scary it was those researches, hesitations. Well finally I made my final decision and I guess, It was one of the best ones I made in my life to work with Lenus Clinic. I was really hesitating since it was a long journey to a country that I have never been to and honestly, I had no courage to get the surgery but It actually was a great experience from beginning to the end. Hi, I am American and had my procedure done about 3 weeks ago. Looked into lots of different clinics in Turkey but went with Lenus Clinic after my research. I was very very much impressed on how the team took care of everything ! Everything is done very smoothly and the team is very qualified. The facilities are top notch, very professional. Sterile equipment and procedure ! 4-5 doctors were rounding during the procedure doing the work. Haven’t had my final results yet but everything looks really good. Would honestly really recommend this clinic. Having already done a hair transplant in America 7yrs ago, I Was pretty nervous going to do a medical procedure in Turkey… but it went 1000x better than if I had done it again in America and for a fraction of the price and 3-4x more grafts!

Had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. I've shown my desired hairline myself from old photos and it's drawn so well that I feel like my old self again. I was afraid to have scars or red bumps left on the donor, but that has also healed nicely. The doctor works very precisely, the hospital is very hygienic, everything was better than I could expect. My hair transplant was done 3 months ago and I am happy with the result I have received so far. Based on my experience, I would like to say that Lenus Clinic is a wonderful place where comfort and customer service are at the highest level, and the hospitals are beautiful and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive to details before, during and after the transaction, everything was well organized and explained. I am really happy that I was able to go through this life-changing procedure. Overall it was a great experience. In terms of transportation, their vehicles with VIP drivers always arrived on time. They met me at the airport with their team and gave me an incredible confidence from the first day I came to Istanbul to the day I stayed. The comfort of the hotel, being in a central location and being 5 stars was also perfect. It was incredible that there was a doctor at every stage during the operation. I have researched many clinics for a long time and went with the recommendation of my friend, the fact that it is close to my house in Turkey was one of the factors that made me decide to go. I am doubtful for most clinics where I really expect a performance, but I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the clinic and the very professional and polite staff, regardless of price and performance. If you, like me, can be sensitive like this, you may prefer peace of mind.
