I wasnt a big believer in hair transplants at start and always have been against the idea of cosmetic surgery. This was my first ever hair transplant procedure so I would like to start with how i really didn’t know what to expect since it was my first time doing this. I remember being very anxious and slightly nervous to begin with however that was cancelled out rapidly by the overwhelming, courteous warm welcoming i received from the staffs at Estenove clinic. I felt so assured and kept at ease. Overall the staffs were friendly and helpful especially one of them who played the role of my personal translator as well as an assistant. She is called Polen, i highly recommend her services as she would ensure that all your requirements are fully met successfully which would make the process a-lot more smother and quicker under her care. Her communications skills was top notch She spoke very good english which made the communication process way more easier and understandable, which made it all proper convenient. Polen was so helpful and polite at all times. She definitely met all my needs such an a amazing person inside and out. From the moment i arrived outside the clinic doors she was ready to welcome me by greeting me and she then took me under her care throughout the whole procedure from start to finish which was very comforting and wholesome. she made it all reassuring and helped me ease into it all which led to a successful operation.

I came from Seattle to do the hair transplant in Turkey. My experience with Estenove was very smooth. Thanks to Baris, he was with me during whole process and day after for first wash. He is very helpful during procedure. Now the procedure completed and I will wait another 12 months for final results.

Very dissatisfied! Before the transplant I clearly stated where I wanted my hairline but was always refused, yet I agreed and had it done as the doctor wanted. The result after 9 months is ridiculous and looks worse than before. I feel like Este nove team don't care much about their patients. I would like to find a solution here!

I had my hair transplant at EsteNove 2 weeks ago . I was very sceptical and very scared to go alone to Istanbul for my surgery not knowing what to expect really. I looked for a clinic and the consultation was very efficient and the communication with the clinic was flowing well they also made very fare offer so I decided to go and do my hair transplant at EsteNove. I am happily surprised at their excellent customer service , work ethic and just the way they took care of me. They had managed perfectly everything for the time I told them I can stay there . They were punctual to pick me up from the airport bring me to my hotel and the following day was my surgery. The people were very kind and positive which gave me a sense of comfort and confidence I had a translator with me named Serena who made sure I understood clearly all communication and my needs were met. Also they were very accommodating and flexible with my requests. Now the aftercare is in touch with me and answer my questions at a timely manner. In one word whatever they said they really did. I would recommend them 100% . Shortly before my surgery I read the bad reviews that are written and I was very scared but they all turned to be false I had very good experience. I mean the one that the anaesthesia was painful …. What do you expect it to be of corse is painful but that’s all the pain there is to the procedure . I am coming back in an year to let you know how my hair is growing 😃

At first I was skeptical about the hair transplant procedure from the cost to travel. However, after reading positive reviews for Este Nova I took the step to reach out to them for quote and I was surprised how easy it was. The travel coordinator, Jason, was exceptionally helpful and took care of everything from ground transportation to hotel and other accommodations. The hospital staff was really nice throughout the procedure and ensured I was comfortable. The translator, Irem, was also kind and helpful in answering questions and making sure I have everything I needed to complete the procedure. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience.
