Very nice experience, Great and friendly staff. State of the art hospital.

From the very first communication, I have been beyond pleased with the level of professionalism that this company has to offer. I had flown from Australia alone but felt like I had support the whole time. From leading up to departure with the WhatsApp team guiding me, arrival at the airport with the transfers to the hotel, the hotel experience itself, everything was 5 stars. Then came the procedure day, transfers to the hospital, the hospital team, the procedure itself, everything was flawless. Then also came the aftercare support, I have constant communication available from the team, they have lead me through the after surgery treatment plan so that everything is easy to understand. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm very excited to see what the future holds in terms of results!

Please avoid this place. All the 5 star reviews are fake. This clinic is there to take your money and implant a few hundred hairs that will fall after 6 months. I don't see any difference between now and 12months ago when I did this painful surgery. AVOID FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!

At first I was skeptical about the hair transplant procedure from the cost to travel. However, after reading positive reviews for Este Nova I took the step to reach out to them for quote and I was surprised how easy it was. The travel coordinator, Jason, was exceptionally helpful and took care of everything from ground transportation to hotel and other accommodations. The hospital staff was really nice throughout the procedure and ensured I was comfortable. The translator, Irem, was also kind and helpful in answering questions and making sure I have everything I needed to complete the procedure. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience. Update to follow after 6 months. Thank you Este Nova for taking care of me. 5 stars.

First thing is they make the entire process easy and professional from step 1 as you get picked up at the airport. Then Hotel process every morning the food is great and room is nice. Then surgery Polen does a great job translating from start to even months after checking on your hair. Ahmet , Ayse and Fevzi are one of many teams they have and they did both me and my wife's hair. They were Great Ahmet's team was numming me for the transplant and I felt no pain, some people do and some don't I was told. All things considered Este Nove has a number of teams and I have used them 2 times for myself and 1 time for my wife. Easy peasy!

The entire staff was very thorough and professional; they took immense care of me ; my main contact and translator was Irum she really went the extra mile with compassion, care and kept me informed. Just had my second visit 6 months later , the experience was phenomenal! The doctor and the entire staff patiently answered all my questions and the entire process was very smooth and comforting. Polen was my main contact this time and was simply outstanding 👏

Este Nove is a great company. I had a hair transplant procedure done almost 3 months ago. I did extensive research and I’ve contacted over 20 clinics in Istanbul and I am glad I picked them. My experience, from the beginning, is being amazing, from Zoe and Scarlett (my first contacts) Kübra from patient care, Ahmet, Ayse, and Taci, who performed my procedure, and Gulbin from post surgery care that until today is guiding, answering, and clarifying all my post-op questions and concerns. Too early to say if the transplant has been a success. But that didn't stop the staff from harassing me constantly while I was there to write a 5 star review. Overall experience was less than ideal - hotel was in a strange part of town and very much in need of a make over. The hotel also hung a massive Turkish flag over my windows, so I was in darkness for three days. On arrival, they took payment BEFORE seeing the (very bored) doctor and advising how many grafts and they also forced me to sign release paperwork so that they could use photos of me whenever and wherever I wanted. Actual experience of the transplant was OK. Staff in theatre seemed very professional, however my new hair line is not symmetrical - hopefully this changes over time. They also tried to force me into taking multiple "thumbs up" photos with the team. After the transplant, they seemed far more interested in upselling the lotions and potions and getting their google review than actually checking how things were going. And when I messaged the team a few weeks later with my concerns, they just minimised and dismissed me with answers that were inconsistent, contradictory and/or irrelevant.

I've had two operations with EsteNove and couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. All the staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly welcoming. Both operations were pain free with quick recovery times and amazing results. I especially want to thank my medical team, Ebru, Ayfer and the Doctor Zafer. My translator, Polen, was absolutely inredible! She assisted me through the whole process and was very knowledgeable about what was happening. She kept me informed and relaxed throughout the process. She also helped with anything i needed such as lunch and translation. If your looking for a hair transplant EsteNove is perfect.

I flew from New York to Istanbul to get a hair transplant from the beginning of making the appointment to the completion of the surgery I’ve been extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism by the entire staff Matt was extremely helpful with the appointment and İrem was an excellent translator and she was extremely nice

I am now 1 month post-op on the transplant and am so far pleased with the result. The experience (hotel, taxi service and clinic staff) itself was also quite pleasant although there were a few minor points which could've been better. The planning for my pre-op blood test and the pick-up for the day of the operation was announced to me quite late. Also during the surgery itself there was said a bit after noon there'd be a small break so I could go to the restroom and have something small to eat but sadly I had to ask again a bit later if I could go to the restroom as this didn't happen. But no big deal. Post-op and after the washing they will ask you for pictures every 2 days to follow-up on the healing process until the day you can wash off the scabs, then they send you an instruction video. Although I didn't quite need it as most of my scabs had fallen off naturally already. After the first 2 weeks they'll leave you be for a while but will contact you again on the 30th day for the next step. In between it was always possible to ask questions and they would respond pretty quickly. All in all I can recommend them so far. Although be sure to bring extra cash as their initial quote will only include aftercare products for 1 month and to get enough for a whole year is quite expensive.

The process of working with EsteNove was very smooth the communication from before until the start of the operation is flawless, one confusing moment we had was at the arrival at the airport we didn't immediately found our transport to the hotel which was cleared up after a couple of minutes. The hotel was nice, unfortunately for us the spa and pool was not open at that time, other than that hotel was nice, clean and friendly staff! For the operation my translator Polen, was amazing, she had made me feel at ease from the first moment of arrival and is does an excellent job at explaining the processes with the occasional joke to keep it light hearted, to my personal opinion I do not think I could've had a better translator! After the operation a thorough explanation is given for the aftercare, overwhelming at first but they make sure to provide you with documentation you can read over if you were to forget somehting, besides that a aftercare chat is created for your use as well if you were to have any questions or concerns where you can reach the aftercare team and doctors at all times! I very much enjoyed my experience with no complaints. The team was excellent with extra appreciation toward Polen (my translator). If you consider a hair transplant, consider EsteNove.
