I have just returned from Turkey after having my teeth done. 5* service right from the beginning, Airport pick up went like a dream. The clinic was amazing, Extremely friendly yet very professional, I was very nervous but was put at ease, even had my fav music played whilst I had my treatment. You have transformed my life. Thank you so much to the Team at the clinic Yunus, you started me on this journey.. Thank you Llayda & Irem you were with me through every treatment, what a beautiful team you all are, lovely little photo shoot at the end too.

after reading there add i contacted them , sounded good, offered flights 2 trips transfers and total 12 nights 4 star hotel, said birmingham ok , given price £5,500 pounds all in, agreed , they asked for a £500 deposit sent it, then they asked me to book flights myself, i said that is what you advertised , they say no, so i asked for a refund , still waiting for reply, give me flights or refund ???, i have asked for refund within 3 days, consumer rights say you can cancel online purchase, they have now threatened me with lawyers for saying this, 4/july 2023, still waiting for refund, after threatening me with solicitors if i made these comments, but not a reply just want my deposit back ,as they mislead me to what was included

My experience with this company been great. There’s 3 girls who organised everything. They have done everything very high, efficient, professional, treated me with one to one. In a professional or I may say like a good friend. Warm welcoming feeling. My V.I.P treatment is through the roof. Since I came home I have recommend western health the everyone I meet. And gave them the contact number. The 3 girls I had contact with is (Nyssa, Gamze and İrem.) Well done girls. Had my appointment booked in with this clinic, 4 weeks before my flight I was advised we need to reschedule as the doctor is taking holiday. I was able go get my deposit back. Obviously had my flights booked and holiday sorted, very poor attitude from the doctor deciding to take a holiday and just push my appointment out. Do not recommend this clinic.

From the moment I got off the plane, it was a nice experience. Tugce was very helpful organising my trip out to Turkey. I have just experienced the first part of the treatment for my implants . The work was carried out in a professional way, İrem was really helpful, and picked me up to from the dental practice and back to the hotel afterwards. Irem also answered any questions that I had . I would recommend that they gave you an info leaflet, on the aftercare after having implants . They do tell you all you need to know, but I think clients would benefit from an information sheet , so they don’t forget any thing important in the aftercare process. 100% honest review, like anyone I was dubious of travelling to Turkey to have my crowns fitted. I put 6 months research into finding the best dentist for me, western health came out near the top and was around £1500 cheaper than other dentists offering the same work. Everything was organised and they stayed in touch after deposit paid and flights booked and I was sent an itinerary. I was picked up at airport and taken to a nice hotel which was in a great location and was very clean. Next day I was picked up on time and taken to dentist for consultation, the facility is very clean and modern and staff are very friendly. I paid in cash after we agreed the works I required, they even suggested taken out 4 old fillings and replacing with new ones and I had a post fitted which only cost an additional £120. After I paid I never saw any reps again until the last day as I was due a refund as had 23 crowns fitted instead of 24, never saw a rep unless money was involved, communication was poor, not knowing times of appointments until 2 hours before and I was the 1 doing all the chasing, transfer from hotel was always late and I ended up walking twice ( 25 minutes) to make appointment time, I also walked back several times as was hanging around dentist waiting. The dentist itself is very busy and I had 3 dentists for different procedures who all spoke good English and were very professional. I had very little pain and was treated well while work was being carried out. Overall my new smile is fantastic, I have had no issues so far ( hope it continues) and has made a difference to my life. I’m happier and have not smiled so much in years and can eat food I have had to avoid, I would definitely recommend western health and even though the customer service wasn’t what I was expecting I would do it all again as the end result was exactly what I was looking for.

Llayda was absolutely awesome in making the whole dental treatment experience as stress free as it could be. Doctor M Selim was fantastic as well , who carried out my dental crowns. I’d also like to thank all other members of staff who contributed to my treatment. I was a little apprehensive about going abroad for dental treatment but I was quickly put at ease with the high standards of professionalism. I’m so ecstatic with my new teeth / smile that I can safely say it has changed my life for the better and have no reason not to smile rather than concealing my teeth for years!! Ik (Serge Spaan uit Nederland) arriveerde 2 dagen (7 mei 2023) voor mijn verjaardag (9 mei 2023) in Izmir om een ​​beetje vakantie te nemen, om bij te komen van een jaar hard werken binnen mijn bedrijf, maar ik was vooral in Izmir om mijn tanden te laten renoveren. Ik heb daar heel goed over nagedacht en het werd uiteindelijk Western Health Medical... ✅✅💯 Ik kan iedereen aanraden om daar je gebit te laten renoveren... Hier werken alleen hele aardige mensen (vooral Ilayda💐😁), maar ook Gamze 💐 en Ezgi 💐 waren toppertjes, ze weten waar ze voor staan. 👉 Dus voor jou dezelfde kwaliteit for a better life 😁 Bedankt dames voor alle goede zorgen, liefde, services en wie weet Ilayda zie ik je hopelijk deze zomer weer ❤️🌹😘

Dealt with Tugce initially and on arrival in Izmir was met by Irem who looked after me whilst there. Dentists are on the ball and the level of service is great. Had implants put in and now have to wait 3 months to complete. First visit lives up to all their promises and cant wait to complete my treatment.

STILL IN PAIN 2 WEEKS AFTER RETURNING home 4 of the crowns unable to bite down on . I will give it another couple of weeks if no improvement I will probably return to a different clinic to correct, I would love to recommend this clinic , but unfortunately I can not . Think specsavers v trusted optician . The clinic is a bit chaotic and you are treated as cattle really , communication if you don't speak Turkish is a problem , The patient reps Ilayda and Irem are very very nice and a credit to the organisation but unfortunately the dental procedures and clinic are less than expected. You really do get what you pay for . Western health are cheaper but be prepared for the pain and irritation with cancelled appointments and last minute fitting unfortunately. The accommodation and transport are all adequate for the price paid , but the dental treatment and patient care could really be improved and is not as expected, However on the plus side it is among the cheapest do if you don't mind a bit of sensitivity etc , its up to you , I would not recommend to any with sensitive teeth as mine are now continually sensitive and aching 👍

The fantastic welcome we had when we got to the airport and then they took us to the hotel cordan which was a 4star hotel they were very welcoming all the staff were very friendly 😀 and they helped us as much as possible the breakfast was nice. And then we got picked up from the hotel and taken to the clinic where we met the staff who were very comforting they started our treatment and I did not feel any pain I had 6 teeth out bone structure root canal and a filing and 4 implants and I was fine after the treatment. My wife had her top and bottom teeth ground down and 24 crown's fitted she said there was no pain at all we were very well looked after by all the staff and drivers if your thinking about having any work done on your teeth I would say 100% please give one of the staff a call at Western health and they will help you in any questions or concerns you may have.thanks to all the staff ❤️ love you all Maria and mike from South Wales 😊

I started working on my teeth in April, so far I have done 7 implants, everything went perfectly, without pain!! people from this clinic are very friendly, they explain every detail. the organization of the transport was very good, the hotel where I stayed was very clean and beautiful!!

Unreal experience from the moment I got picked up from the airport til the very end, people that work there are the nicest people, especially Irem who was my coordinator she is very friendly and understanding always helped me out if I had a question, hotel was 10/10 clean and calm place to be at. Overall I had the best experience and extremely happy and grateful for my new beautiful smile.

Having bring home now 2 weeks all I can say fantastic service, from the minute I landed to going home every transfer on time very nice pleasant drivers, the day of my transplant I met nyssa she was amazing talked me through everythin, nothin was a problem to her with the non stop questions, just a lovely genuine person, she never left my side through out the whole procedure, cant wait to see how it grows now, cant wait to go back for my teeth now, loved the place
