One word which sums this company up…..AMAZING….. my journey from start to finish was so smooth nothing was to much trouble and with my first encounter with ezgi she put me at ease and persuaded me to choose Western health and im so glad i did, even from the pick up from hotel and to and from clinic everyone was polite and welcoming. My translator ilayda was superb and with me most of the time during treatment. I suffer massive fear and anxiety with dentists let alone going to a different country to have major work done but my god what a job dr pinar did, she was brilliant her English was fab and she put my fears to rest but better than that the job she did on my smile is amazing never have i been able to smile this much and feel so much more confident. I have just returned home after having my teeth done in Turkey Izmir, which was booked with Western health with llayad who sorted my treatment out from start to finished and was always there for me no matter what and is so professional ❤️ if i ever need any more treatment she will be the one i go to for arrangements. My treatment was done by Dr Pinar, and all I can say is she's AMAZING! 👏 From start to finish, she was so gentle with me, and the work she has done on my teeth is perfect and the best dentist I have ever been to. I would highly recommend this company and of your thinking about having your teeth done then Dr Pinar is the one to ask for especially if your nervous at dentists. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Going to Turkey for dental treatment can be scary. My wife and I spent a week in Izmir with Western health and I can honestly say we where put at ease as soon as we arrived. The accommodation provided was excellent. They have the most lovely co-ordinators that will help you with anything. Irem and Bree inparticular. You are accompanied and driven to every appointment. The dental Centre is spotless and very modern. I have nothing but praise for western health and would recommend anyone who is thinking about having treatment to go. It really isn't scary at all.

First of all, i really want to thank to all the staff who were so much caring during my treatment. I am so happy with my new smile and now i say, wish i had gone earlier! Everything was put up very well and me and my family are really happy with all the experience and result. Thank you guys for everything, i will definetely recommend you to all my friends.

I have just returned home last night and just wanted to say a big thank you to the western health team. The whole package was well coordinated combining a weeks holiday with Essential dental care. I was very impressed with the scan machine advance technology and a total pain free experience whitening my teeth and preparing and fitting a crown on a front tooth. I highly recommend this dental care very professional and trustworthy. Irem made the experience very easy I had 18 teeth removed and implants put in I was in Izmir for 1 week irem contacted me daily to make sure I was comfortable after my surgery

Had a great weeks dental surgery and must thank Irem and the team at Western Health /Wise & Smile for everything they did to make my trip very worthwhile. My trip was 10-17 September. A little mishap breaking my front teeth bridge but got it fixed before flying home. I have some recovery to do but look forward to my final visit in January 24, to have my new teeth fitted.

Communication- from the very beginning was outstanding. The language barrier was never an issue throughout any form of chats in watsapp etc. The unknown questions were answered & clear specific steps of advice were there for me to follow. On arrival to the clinic your met with the simply lovely "Irem (my presenter) she could not do enough for me & also my dad as supporting guest, I use the term "Above & beyond " then my dentist intro. "Çagil is Outstanding at what he does..I learned quickly that he was a specialist & throughout my time in that chair he proved just that. I would recommend Westhern health "wise&Shine "to ALL. I was complemented by my personality & positivity throughout the process & this was the sure sign of a happy, relaxed & content patient - I can not thank you guys enough. The facilities are amazing, modern & offer all you need. & your VIP transport is always on hand to assist you to your hotel. One thing will always stay with me is that when I walked from the room after witnessing my new smile for the very first time & entered the lobby (nervous about reactions) I was greated by another patient awaiting results and his exact words were "THATS THE SMILE I WANT " now that to me was the biggest compliment to not just me but the entire team -Thank you ALL 💙

If you’re travelling from the UK, and are unfamiliar with Turkey, don’t think for one second that you have journeyed there to receive your treatment on the cheap. The standard of dentistry is on a par, if not better in many cases than at home. We have become too accepting of the legalised robbery we are forced to endure in the British isles. In Turkey the prices are fair and not overly inflated using the same techniques, the same choice of implants, and equal expertise. Izmir is a colossal place. The people are intelligent and educated. I stayed at the Kordon Hotel on both my trips. It’s a lovely comfortable place to stay. The staff are effortlessly polite, and deal with any issues immediately. I actually insisted on staying there on my second visit. My initial contact with Western Health was Tugce, and from the first day to last day, she has been outstanding. She has eased my every concern, and ensured the smoothest possible path to achieving the results I hoped for. Even on occasions when I have to admit, I have been difficult to deal with. Communication from her is excellent and constant, responding almost immediately to my messages even on occasions when I know she must be out of working hours. Even though has many people to accommodate, she makes it seem as if you are her only concern. She is a credit to the company. Thank you again TugceX Having suffered for many years with dental problems, I did not cope too well with the initial surgery and was very stressed out by the end of it. It will of course be a different experience for each individual. This is when Ilayda took over. The care and genuine empathy I received from her was heartwarming and very much needed at the time. She is more than just a people person, she is very special indeed. With a masters degree and a wonderful sense of humour, time spent in her company was a real pleasure. Measuring, marking, adjusting over and over until he was satisfied. The results are simply amazing. If you’re reading this, then you probably already know how it is not to be able to eat and enjoy the foods you love, and how you perceive yourself visually, and socially. All that becomes the past the second you look in the mirror. You will never be the same person again. I want to ensure anyone reading, that this is a genuine review of my experience. Ezgi kept me informed from the outset,and i aswered my many questions.I had complications including a cyst and embeded wisdom tooth close to a main nerve,as well as needing other dental treatment.It was near impossible to get any hrlp in the uk .The treatment i got once over in turkey was amazing i have had 1 part and need another two visits only because of needing grafts,route canal,implants.i was picked up and taken to a really nice hotel which was included in the price of the treatment.Any appointments i needed i was also picked up and taken to them and returned to hotel afterwards.Really do not worry about using this company for your treatment it will be a very positive experience just fo it,i did 🤣

What a wonderful company, I’m Writing this after my 1st lot of treatment, I was so worried about coming over to Turkey for treatment but I have not been able to see a dentist in the uk for 13+ years and I’m so nervous. The whole team have put me at ease from start to finish even the lovely lady that collected me and took me to clinic, thank you to the whole team see you in January for my sparkling white teeth.

From day one the service I received was amazing, always kept updated ilayda my translator was fantastic, the clinic & staff just so friendly and reassuring, put me at ease all the way through. I cannot recommend Western Health enough to people, they have given me my confidence & smile back after many years of being in pain & not wanting to smile. I was even happy to be interviewed & photographed by the teams very own photographer Ervim, he was very friendly & professional…..5 plus stars.
