After having compared at length about twenty clinics in Istanbul, spent a lot of time discussing and questioning them, my choice was to trust Soumia and use the services of ESTENOVE! From my arrival at the airport until the post-operation phase, the care was perfect. I never had any doubts about their professionalism. I can't say yet if the transplant was successful. On the other hand, it has already been 4 days since I performed the operation and Soumia is always available to answer my questions.

Have to say i got picked up on time nice vehicle, from airport, felt really comfortable. I did think coming from england isis might pick me up but this wasnt the case, my main man oz picked me up from luxury hotel, the next morning for my procedure, was made really comfortable and everybody happy smiley faces, hard working doctors and nurses. Little pain during first 5 mins of procedure, after that completely painless. Hotel on night slept like baby 👶 Next day wash hair and showen how to do the after care really easy nothing to difficult and then my main man oz, dropped me for lunch and shopping before my flight home. I couldnt of asked for anything else really, 24hr care if needed water on request, hospital food same as england haha 😢 I give a 5* rating because i got a 5* treatment thanks to everyone 😂😂

From the word go I was made to feel comfortable and I was put at ease by the team answering all my Qs. The operation was painless and I was asked all the way through how I was feeling and if the surgeons could do anything for me. The Hotel was nice and the transfers back and to the clinic, hotel & airport where always on time and in comftable transport. 1 day after the op I had no pain and didn't need pain killers, 5 days after the op all the scabs had fell off my donor area and 9 days after the op all the scabs had fell off the transplant area leaving me with my new hair line which I'm very happy with and no scarring. Overall I am very happy so far.

Again picked up in a private car from the hotel to the hospital personally by Oguzhan who was the Health Assistant Manager who had arranged everything for me.Excellent communication from start to finish from Oguzhan and his Operations Manager Yigit. You guys were amazing throughout ensuring I was comfortable and happy with everything before, during and after my operation. Thank you.Mrs Bircan was my main technician and she was also fantastic having over 13 years experience in hair transplants. I can honestly say there was no pain whatsoever during the operation or after even til now. A small bit of pain to inject the local anaesthetic but seriously hardly anything. I was so relaxed during the operation, In fact, I even fell asleep for a little bit of it.The hospital itself was of very high standards like what you would see in private hospitals in the UK, if not better. After the operation, I was given some dinner then shortly after explained the aftercare of my hair in order to achieve the best results possible.I looked into several clinics but now looking back I'm so pleased with my choice.
