Este nove was incredible prior to the operation,during and even now a month after there hospitality is second to non the hotel was beutiful, the people are really caring and helpful,and most of all the transplate turned out amazing and even better than I thought it would. these guys are the best in the world!!! I am very happy with there treatment and service specially the staff was friendly and kind.

EsteNove were great start to finish, from the WhatsApp to the day of the surgery and after the surgery. The staff are really friendly and the nurses too. The doctor was honest too as she didn’t over harvest cos I had a skin problem on my scalp which meant there was 1000 less grafts. The nurses and doctors were all experienced and knew that they were doing, keeping me reassured. Post surgery was very smooth except the first day where there’s a lot of painless bleeding That’s supposed to happen then after the scabs formed as usual and came off smoothly. The instructions were very clear and if you have any more questions, they’ll answer it. Now I’m just waiting for the results in the next few months which is part of their after care package. I also had a 6 month aftercare package included in the price which is good value as other clinics don’t offer this

Since the moment I contacted Este Nove, until the way back to the States they were very professional, every single question they answered, any concern that I had they answered, they made me feel comfortable with them since I could tell that they know what they doing. That’s why I decided to go with them, and so far I do not regret since the moment I arrived in Istanbul they treat me like a king. The hotel was very nice, as well transportation, and the most important the procedure. great people very professional and friendly I’m back in USA for a month just waiting for my results, my team is following up my progress and keep answering any concern I have.

My personal experience, I was on and off thinking about getting a hair transplant and trying every other thing out there for years. Finally decided to go for it when I found this place, felt very comfortable from the video call back in Ireland to scheduling everything to arrive in Turkey. Everything is organised for you and since I was very nervous everyone made me feel really comfortable and can say I made the right decision now and just waiting for results!!

I couldn’t fault the service or price. I actually felt like I was ripping them off! Really looking forward to the results now, but I’m already confident as I just believe they know exactly what they are doing. The cost in the UK would have been 5 or 6 times as much and would of taken 2 procedures to do the frontal and the back. It was painless apart the the anaesthetic stinging for a couple of minutes but I wouldn’t like to have 2 procedures done with the down time off work recovery and then waiting 6 months to a year for the results only to have to go and get another hair transplant. I would recommend estenova to anyone, all the surgeons coordinators nurses and translator were lovely and caring also, you will be well looked after! Can’t buy that! Stop thinking about it and just speak to them, the sooner you do it the sooner you can enjoy having hair!

J’ai eu une excellente expérience, je ne regrette pas du tout mon choix. L’opération s’est bien déroulée du début jusqu’à la fin. J’aimerai remercier particulièrement Zoe qui était présente à n’importe quel moment et répondait à toute nos question tout en nous rassurant. Le médecin était super gentil et au petit soin. The entire team was very smooth and the procedure was done as expected. From the transportation team, the hotel they choose and the medical facility is really good. Special thanks for Murat for setting everything up, Sierena for the translation, Dr Bierjan for the consultation and the Amazing Dr Ridwan for the actual procedure…the whole thing took like 6 hours and It was painless!

One of the best clinics I came across after doing my research, what they promised they delivered. I got a VIP service from when I landed till I departed. They were patient with me and gave me what I needed. The doctor was so nice and caring, the nurses were friendly, had a person to translate with me during my surgery. I would like to personally thank the Doctor, Tom, Zoe, Julia for taking care of my surgery and after care, and being helpful and clear thing when I had a problem. My whole experience was amazing from the moment I arrived until I left again,the whole team were great and very professional.
