Hi Its now been 2 weeks since I have had my hair transplant and I couldn't be happier, the service was fantastic from landing at the airport through to being picked up from the hotel, the treatment and communication through out the procedure, I had a translator with me all the way provided by este nove which made things a lot more comfortable. Food was supplied at the surgery and everything was taken care of. Since coming back home we have been in daily contact to make sure everything is going as it should with me sending photos and them checking and telling me my progress. The whole experience has been fantastic and I would recommend to anyone who is unsure about making the trip out there. When you are out there they will also be able to help you with aftercare products. Their products are Swiss and I have researched them when back at home and they are very good. The clinic is very clean and the women are very helpful, you are treated like a king. I hope you can see how happy I am with the experience and this will help with any doubt you may be thinking. so go for it you will never regret it.

The experience starts before the arrival, I was in contact with the health assistant manager Thomas which was pretty much always very responsive and friendly. You can be the dumbest and with no sense of orientation that you will always get to the places because they take you everywhere from the airport to the clinic vice versa. So no worries you won't get lost. The cirgury day was smooth The doc Bircan, shy, but you can clearly sense she knows what she is doing. She is very pragmatic and at the same time very caring together with her assistances two very friendly ladies ( they can sing pretty well too). The clinic has a dif vibe from what you get in the streets, Istambul can be very chaotic and messy, they are very clean and modern indoors. It was very important having Thomas " my guy " all the time with me as the staff do not speak proper English and Thomas played a vital role and it feels like you are home and you trust someone there. Overall it was a nice experience so far not even 15 days after I'm having a good support as well with post cirgury procedures and tips. Thank you 😀

The price, first of all, is fair and much lower than doing the procedure in North America. Second, the whole team is very professional and helpful, who accommendates all my demands. Especially the technician Hulya was very skillful, patient, and thoughtful. She does a great job in the transplant procedure and explains to me patiently whatever question I post. She also helps with my stay to make sure my trip is going well: offered me a phone charger as I lost mine and gave advice on the PCR for travel.

What an unforgettable experience all around! After months of research and investigating I came across EsteNove, and boy was I happy I chose them. How it started: A US based company had quoted me an insane price for a hair transplant of only 2,500 grafts. I thought that was it. Then I started looking into travelling half way around the globe to get it done in Istanbul since they are one of the most advanced countries to perform this procedure. What happened next: I spoke to Murat (of the EsteNove team) and that sealed the deal. He was patient, knowledgeable and very professional. Bought my airline ticket and they would provide transportation to and from the hotel, a hotel stay in a 5 star hotel (Sheraton City Center in Istanbul). Once I arrived: They picked me up from the airport and took me to the hotel. The very next day I would have the procedure. They picked me up from the hotel and as soon as I arrived, (at a full working hospital) I was greeted by Murat and a wonderful translator (Ms. Seren) who was with me from the moment I got to the Clinic. I then met the Doctor who was very friendly, meticulous and friendly. We mapped out a plan, they asked me what I wanted most and I brought pictures of me at a younger age that would show my natural hairline. After pictures and such, the fantastic nurses began the process always making sure I was comfortable and pain free. After applying anesthesia (which lasted about 2 minutes) I didn't feel anything else. I actually believe I fell asleep through most of the procedure. After the procedure: Next day they picked me up again from the hotel and took me to the clinic to get my head washed removed bandages, checked process, and I was explained IN DETAIL, how to take my medication, for pain (just in case), swelling, and anti infection. Due to the type of procedure they do, the skin started to heal rather quickly and the blood dried almost immediately. After a couple of extra days at the hotel, they arranged for someone to come to the hotel to do the COVID test required to go back home to the USA and they took me to the airport. They really took care of everything, they were nice, friendly, knowledgeable and thought about everything. I will go back next year for the second half of the procedure. In the end I received 4500 grafts (double the amount quoted in the USA) for a fifth of the price quoted here; I got to visit Istanbul, stayed at a 5 star hotel and am very happy with the results. Why did I chose EsteNove? For one, the reviews, a lot of clinics there have thousands of reviews but what made these people different, was the lack of any BAD reviews. Secondly, the personal touch. Murat was really good at explaining everything, it wasn't an email, it was through a Facetime call which he did at around 3 am Turkish time on a Saturday! He was always there, his responses to my numerous questions always came very quickly and he eased all my worries away. I really recommend EsteNove, do your homework. My Hair Transplant Journey. My experience with the Este Nove Clinic was the best. I live in Dartmouth Mass USA. I had my first transplant with the Leonard Hair Transplant Associates clinic in Rhode Island. It was a real disappointment. I did some research online and I found the ESTE NOVE clinic in Istanbul Turkey. I made the contacts and had two weeks of conversation with an agent (Alexandra) who made me feel very comfortable. I traveled to Istanbul and had my hair transplant. I couldn’t fault the service or price. I actually felt like I was ripping them off! Really looking forward to the results now, but I’m already confident as I just believe they know exactly what they are doing. The cost in the UK would have been 5 or 6 times as much and would of taken 2 procedures to do the frontal and the back. It was painless apart the the anaesthetic stinging for a couple of minutes but I wouldn’t like to have 2 procedures done with the down time off work recovery and then waiting 6 months to a year for the results only to have to go and get another hair transplant. I would recommend estenova to anyone, all the surgeons coordinators nurses and translator were lovely and caring also, you will be well looked after! Can’t buy that! Stop thinking about it and just speak to them, the sooner you do it the sooner you can enjoy having hair!
