My picks ups were never a second late, my guidance through the whole procedure was terrific not at one stage did i not know what was happening. The hotel was nice with a very good breakfast. The after care set up is amazing and I'm very happy with my experience. Tanya my translator was a pleasure to deal with. I do highly recommend Estenove for anyone looking to get a hair transplant procedure. It makes you feel very reassured. The entire service is very well-rounded, and you can even trust them to take care of everything without worrying. Very good experience with the whole team. Our translator Yasmine was very friendly and attentive. Very good organization for transport between the airport and hotel as well as the hotel and the clinic. Small downside regarding post-operative care products. 1 month of treatment is included in the package. 12 months of care are recommended and not included in the package. It costs 300 euros for the 3-month pack or 450 euros for the 6-month pack.
