I was referred to Este Nove by a friend who had the procedure a year before me. From my first consultation with Batu, to when I left Istanbul to come home the process was what I was hoping for and more. From the transportation, the hotel; and more importantly the clinic with their nurses and surgeons and everyone that made it possible I’m VERY HAPPY with how everything went. Professional and great, just dont underestimate that hair transplants are a surgery and come with pain, no exercise for a month and serious downtime from nicotine, alcohol and caffeine. This might become challenging to some.

The organisation and professionality of the whole trip was super good. From the shuttles to the hotel, airport and clinic to the very well planned schedule and aftercare instructions, I was very satisfied. I came with my girlfriend and we felt very well cared for.

Ilayda was my translator for my whole procedure she was absolutely the best! She told me exactly what to expect very briefly during my procedure which was long but she checked on me almost every second. She gave me the run down how to apply the wash my head and what pills in order I need to take. Doctors worked relentlessly and efficiently very nice people they made the procedure enjoyable.

The whole team worked quite well together, providing me a great experience. Not only did they make it a smooth and comfortable process, but I got the impression that they were attentive to making my experience highly personalized rather than simply checking the boxes for some general rubric. I’m updating from the 7th month of my hair transplant from EsteNove. First, I would like to mention the great costumer service I received when I was back in Istanbul. It’s been top notch from the beginning till this point! I’ve had chosen to go with them mostly for their immense patience towards all my questions and taking all the time necessary to explain every step of the journey as I was really hesitant about having a surgery in abroad. However, they managed to reassure me from the first contact with my health consultant, Alara. She was there whenever I needed and answered all my questions very respectfully and patiently. After clearing up everything, all I needed to do was to book my tickets and they took care of everything else for me, from transportation to accommodations. One thing I must say is that they kept promise they had made, everything was very well organised. The transportation from and to the airport-hotel-hospital was very timely and the hotel had everything I could expect, it was close to the city center where I could see around for two days before my surgery and it was also close to the hospital where the procedure took place. As to the hospital, it was really clean and well maintained and was a fully equipped health facility which reassured all my other concerns and helped me to feel in good hands as soon as I arrived. Upon my arrival to the hospital, Baris, my liaison, greeted me at the door and guided me through everything. He was great in explaining every detail I needed to know about my procedure, helped me go through the operation without any communication issues, everything went easier thanks to him and I really felt that I was taken care of during my days at the hospital. Special thanks to Baris and all other members of the EsteNove team who took great care of me! They’ve been incredibly good in what they were doing! The procedure itself went also very smooth. We started with a consultation with the very skilled doctor, Dr. Zafer. He was very precise in drawing the front line for me and made sure that it would look natural and convenient to my face features, he is a real professional, the artist of my transplant! Once the operation was planned together with the doctor, we started right away and I didn’t even realise how the time passed thanks to my amazing team for the operation. The medical team of three young ladies was very professional and they made me feel at ease checking if I needed anything at any point of the procedure. The only unpleasant thing that I can mention was the numbing phase at the beginning, first 10 minutes of pain but then all went well and I didn’t feel anything for the rest. After the surgery, I was well informed of everything that I needed to know about the post operation routines and how to take care of my hair for the rest of the healing process. As I’ve been following their suggestions and have been using the medications they’ve provided, I’ve never experienced anything negative during the healing process so far. Now that it’s been approximately 7 months after the surgery, I am very happy with the results until now although we still have some time to go to see the full results. I’m already extremely pleased with what I see in the mirror! To make a long story short, I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone planning a hair transplant in Turkey. I came to Turkey from the USA, it was a little scary but when I got to the airport I was just thinking what if I don’t go. But after getting picked up and taken to a really nice hotel, then the next day having the procedure, then the following day having a wash of your head, I’m so glad I didn’t not come.
