I did a hair transplant.. it was the best experience in this clinic, since I reached Turkey they took me from airport till I left everything was as exactly same as it has to be, my hair result is perfect and I'm so happy with it, thanks a lot.

I just had my procedure yesterday and my experience with Este Nove has been great. The hotel they put me in is beautiful and the convince of being escorted between all your needed destinations is great. Upon arrival I was greeted by their wonderful translator Gamze. She was very friendly and informative. I was extremely nervous about the procedure and the staff at the hospital did a great job making me feel comfortable. I would recommend Este Nove to anyone looking to have their hair transplants done.

Wow! Absolutely amazing service! I personally cannot complain in any way. The process was nice and calm to be honest, I got picked up from my hotel on time and upon arrival was greeted with a staff member who was also my translator so everything went smoothly. The actual hair transplant process was better than I expected. It wasn’t painful at all! If anything, the anaesthetic was the only time it stings, thats at the start when they numb the head, after that, it was all happy days and zero pain. I’m from the UK and I have nothing but good words to say! I’m currently in a WhatsApp group who will keep me updated and informed with everything and anything including my own questions once I fly back home. 10/10 for everything! Thank you EsteNove! Just a waiting game now to see what the results will be like! In Sha Allah it will be amazing results! Alhamdulillah for everything.

Este Nove has amazing service they were very timely and professional throughout this entire experience. They responded to me in an incredibly fast manner and treated me very well. The hotel accommodations as well as the drivers have all been top notch. In terms of the actual operations my translator Irem was wonderful and incredibly helpful I was able to articulate to the doctor exactly what I wanted and he did a great job. All the medical professionals working on me were also very kind and helpful. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend them.

Well, I had surgery on June 13, 2023. Being one can be stressful at first. As with every operation. I can just advise you ESTENOVE. The team is great and attentive. MR. Morris who advised me better than the other clinics then I was received by the magnificent Gamze. She helped me during the operation. And I strongly advise you to go see DR. Zafer at Estenove. The next day no pain, I am on the 2nd post-operative day. And still no pain. It's just incredible.

I am so glad that I made the decision to have a hair transplant. What made this experience even better was the transparency I had from the very first encounter with an esta nova rep. I was provided with so much helpful information to ease an stress I had. They were very responsive if there were any questions I had. I easily found my transportation once I arrived and I had a great conversation with the driver (we went back and forth using Google translate). The hotel was very nice and had an enormous continitiel breakfast. All my transportation was set up and was only a few minute drive to the facility. I was greeted by an esta nova employee, and all the staff at esta nova spoke very good English. They were all so nice and accommodating. The procedure lasted about 6.5 hrs. I had plenty of local anesthetic in my head and I think I may have taken a little cat nap while they took the doner hair. After the procedure I was given very clear on what to expect. I returned the next day so they could do the 1st wash and remove the bandage from the doner area. Once I returned home, I was in contact with them every day or so and than month to month. It has been 6 mo since my procedure and everything is going great. One thing I'll mention is that once you arrive in Istanbul don't forget to go and get your Visa. It's only like $20 usd. I also only did carry on luggage and esta nova had problem shipping me my shampoo, foam and spray. They even had some 4oz bottles that they put some in to last me until my stuff arrived. Also, when returning I would get to the airport a little bit early. It is a massive airport and can be a little intimidating. I would, and have recommended Esta Nova to all of my friends. Also, I went by myself. I hope this helps anyone that is contemplating the procedure.

I made a big mistake picking this clinic for my second session of my hair transplant. Because of some visa issues in France, I had to do it quickly and couldn't manage an appointment to the first clinic. I did the crown area and a bit in the hair line. They gave me a call, and we discussed everything and managed me an appointment a week later and sent me a link to pay a deposit. Then there was no follow-up. Every time I had to ask them what next. Seems like there were only 1 person (Morris) dealing with everything. When I reached Istanbul I found my hotel has changed. I paid for 5*, and they gave me a 4* hotel without even explaining anything. For the operation, they said niddle free, painless anesthesia, which is completely BS. They used injection on me like an animal that kept me shaking. They were just a group of incompetent personnel. Seemed like they're on a trail. Middle of the operation I went to the toilet and they forgot to put the saline back on so I had to remind them. Their phone weren't in silent mode, and some of them kept checking what's app messages were often. Operation ended quicker than expected. No PRP given (which they advertised) No hair taken from my beard or chest as the second donor area, which they explained. I thought I had enough in my head to cover so I didn't ask anything. Next day they washed my hair which was done with care I felt. The staff and drivers were nice (like everywhere else). I took 6 months hair care shampoo, spray and vitamins for 400€ which seems way too expensive. Then meso serum again 250€. After the scabs dried I saw there's no density in my crown area. They said its my second session so they did 3000 grafts, another BS. They asked me for a review. And I wanted to wait and see the results first so I can give an honest review. Now after 6+ months I see very low density and scalp is visible. Some of the grafts came off after wash during 6 months and my money and the pain just gone in vain. It left me disappointed and angry because it took me a lot to go for 2 sessions of hair transplant, and it's for life, but they don't seem to care much. I won't recommend anyone this clinic.

L'équipe de Este Nove à Istanbul est formidable. J'ai passé une greffe en décembre 2022 et à 5 mois environ post-greffe je suis satisfait du résultat pour le moment. L'accueil est fait par une personne qui vous suit toute la journée et vous soutient le jour de l'opération. L'hôtel à côté de la clinique est propre et spacieux. Le chirurgien et son équipe, était compétente et maitrisait la technique d'opération FUE-DHI. Puis enfin, le suivi post-opératoire est sérieux et professionnel. J'avais fait une longue recherche et je ne regrette pas mon choix. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
