I had a great results the first time round in July 2022 with este nove and attended este nove again in July 2023 for my second session and i can say that this is the best hair transplant clinic in turkey. Thank you for everyone involved. Everything from the hair transplant its self to the transfer and translators was delivered to a high standard.

I am a professional hairstylist from USA. So hair is something that really matters to me tremendously. I booked this appointment five months prior to coming to Istanbul. My contact person was BERFIN. She scheduled my appointment for the day and time I requested and she answered all my questions that I had prior to the procedure. I just want to say that having the transplant done was an experience not just a procedure. My translator BARIS was next level by meeting me at the airport and making sure my driver was there to pick me up and take me to the hotel first and then clinic. I had a tight schedule because I was staying only for 10 days and I had other procedures scheduled so they got me to the clinic within a couple of hours of getting picked up from the airport. When I arrived to the clinic, they were already ready, and there was no wait... The procedure was as pain-free as you could hope for and my translator BARIS was there every step of the way if I needed him, but it seemed like most of the staff there spoke very good English already. After my procedure, BARIS met with me in the office and had a meal prepared! Wow! He also gave me my aftercare kit and explained how everything is supposed to be used and gave me a monthly care schedule, antibiotics, shampoos, painkillers, and an Estenove hat and certificate. There was a follow up the next day where they gave me a wash and checked on the progress. Also, for the first week there were daily check ups and then weekly check ups after that. This really was an eye-opener and an absolute experience, which surprised me every step of the way.! I have to let my hair grow now, but I was happy with the amount of hair that was used and the hairline that they allowed me to customize. I will write a follow up in 4 to 5 months.! Also, I wanted to say that I’m already back at work and have told each one of my customers about the experience and within the first week I have had about a dozen people ask the name of this clinic and phone number. I done a bit of research and everything was always coming back to this place , the team I had Ahmet , Ayse and Feyzi were brilliant with me , very thorough and explained everything that was going to happen , felt at ease the minute I got here , transport to and from airport, hotel and hospital was spot on , I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Estenove to anyone . The process for me was about 6 hours, the only small pain is when the anaesthetic is being put in your head which takes about five minutes but it’s only small pain , results hopefully will be very good but overall experience so far has been 5 star

I have had the greatest experience with Estenove in Istanbul. I got my first hair transplant back in March 2023 and my hair looks great after a year. One of my biggest points on behalf Estenove is that this is not a cosmetic center like a small clinic. Estenove is located in a Hospital. The people who work there are fantastic. It’s affordable, great service. On the other hand, once you get your hair transplant done, they follow up on your recovery for a year on WhatsApp You’ll receive a treatment for 6 months The people in Istanbul are awesome. The food is very rich in flavours and tasteful. The city and its views are beyond.

I had my procedure done at EsteNove in November 2022, so I'm about 8 months out. I am really enjoying the results. Sometimes I get up in the morning and my hair is sticking up all wild. And I'm happy, because I have hair! Before this process I had been about a Norwood 6, so I just shaved my head every week. Before booking my appointment with EsteNove, I evaluated about 8 clinics in Turkey. I chose this clinic based on conversations I had with them and actually a good referral from another clinic I didn't choose. I'm sure that a few of the clinics in Istanbul could have given me similar results, but what stands out to me are my hairline, the consistent density in the transplanted area and the transparency of all the EsteNove staff throughout the process. I liked the way the doctor defined my hairline. He essentially found where the original one was based on the few remaining hairs. But, he didn't go above or below that. Visually, that's been a good thing. Also, the doctor came in after the extraction phase and he's the one who opened the channels to implant into. I believe this takes a bit of artistic ability in addition to the technical skill. The results have grown in to look very natural. One big factor for me was the honesty and transparency EsteNove showed throughout the process. At the outset, they offered a regular package and the package with extras. I did go for the more expensive option because this is a pretty important procedure. The difference is mostly in how much is done by the doctor vs. the technicians and I think more aftercare products included. I had heard some stories about aggressive up-sells from other clinics. Kind of a nasty technique to take advantage of someone right after a full day of getting their scalp worked on and telling them the transplants may fail if they don't spend a bunch more money. EsteNove did not do any of this. They were clear and honest throughout the process at the clinic and in the follow-up communications in the months since. I should mention the hotel EsteNove booked was quite good, the vans they sent were always on time and efficient (which is a miracle if you've experienced Istanbul traffic), and the translators and other assistants were wonderful. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Mehmet (Matt) who spent weeks ahead of the appointment helping to answer questions, make hotel and transportation arrangements, and has dutifully followed up to make sure nothing got dropped in the post-procedure communications. So, I'm happy I did this and I'm happy that I chose EsteNove. I don't think I would change anything except spending more days in Turkey would be awesome.

Excellent from first video consultation through the process and aftercare. The staff were extremely professional at all times You do have to follow the rules but they are worth it It’s been only 6 months since my transplant and although the growth in not completed the change is my hair is remarkable

On December 2022 I wrote my first review regarding my hair transplant with Este Nove and now six months later, I would like to follow up this experience. Este Nove staff are still following my progress, obviously less frequently than the first three months, through “WhatsApp” group which was created immediately after my hair transplant last year (December 2022). Este Nove experts in this group keep providing me with valuable advices and recommendations which are absolutely necessary to obtain the best possible results. Moreover, I often sought clarifications and answers to my doubts and questions through WhatsApp and I have always been satisfied with the replies and the clarification they provided. I am happy about the current hair growth and I hope it will improve more in the coming months according to what I have been told by Este Nove experts. Once again, I confirm my recommendation about Este Nove for those who are looking for hair transplant in Turkey.

Great experience with staff and hotels but unfortunately the results where not good , I got a hair transplant in April last year , now in July 2023 my hair is not fully grown and patchy at the front, I thought I would have my confidence back but unfortunately did not work properly, please dm me for pictures on here, I was asked to write a review straight after my procedure but now I write what my results are , do not use this company your results will be bad, this company will always make excuses like density or tablets or something else to cover up a bad procedure, my hair is patchy in area of procedure, its a waste of money, they ask you to post a review straight after transplant until the real results are seen

All in all it was a pleasant experience. I'm giving Estenove clinic 5 stars because of the result. I'm 6 months in and the results are amazing, can't wait for the full 12 months to see the final results. The guy who did the transplant (DHI) was very professional and meticulous, he considered some of my final suggestion for the hairline which I appreciate very much. Also, the girl who was my translator, Gamze, was super nice and helpful. I really don't have anything bad to say about them. My advice is to come a few days before the procedure so you can experience Istanbul because it's an amazing city.

Very good experience with Este Nove. Plenty of good contact via WhatsApp leading up to the transplant. Hotel and transport was amazing. Serena was my translator and was there the whole time for any queries I had. The whole team on transplant day were good and re assuring. Can not wait to see results

The team was wonderful and very welcoming. They take great care of you. Ahmet did a great job on the extraction and implant procedure, as were Favzi and Ayse. The procedure goes by very quickly. The clinic is very clean and welcoming.
