I discovered this clinic through a reference who had achieved amazing results, and I must say, my experience was no different. One of the first things that attracted me to this clinic was the reasonable price they offered compared to other clinics. Their affordability was definitely a huge plus. The team at the clinic was absolutely amazing. They were available to assist me 24/7 throughout my entire journey. Their prompt and helpful responses to all my questions showed their dedication to providing excellent patient care. Special thanks to Serena for taking extra care of me. Moreover, the professionalism exhibited by everyone at the clinic was remarkable. Dr. Zafer Cetinkaya in charge of my procedure was very knowledgeable and very kind.

Attention: Don't be scammed by their 4.9* reviews like me. Most of the 5* reviews with 1,2 reviews are probably fake,paid. As you can see no one is showing their results after transplant. I made a big mistake picking this clinic for my second session of my hair transplant. Because of some visa issues in France, I had to do it quickly and couldn't manage an appointment to the first clinic. I did the crown area and a bit in the hair line(picture 2). They gave me a call, and we discussed everything and managed me an appointment a week later and sent me a link to pay a deposit. Then there was no follow-up. Every time I had to ask them what next. Seems like there were only 1 person (Morris) dealing with everything. When I reached Istanbul I found my hotel has changed. I paid for 5*, and they gave me a 4* hotel without even explaining anything. For the operation, they said niddle free, painless anesthesia, which is completely BS. They used injection on me like an animal that kept me shaking. They were just a group of incompetent personnel. Seemed like they're on a trail. Middle of the operation I went to the toilet and they forgot to put the saline back on so I had to remind them. Their phone weren't in silent mode, and some of them kept checking what's app messages were often. Operation ended quicker than expected. No PRP given (which they advertised) No hair taken from my beard or chest as the second donor area, which they explained. I thought I had enough in my head to cover so I didn't ask anything. Next day they washed my hair which was done with care I felt. The staff and drivers were nice (like everywhere else). I took 6 months hair care shampoo, spray and vitamins for 400€ which seems way too expensive. Then meso serum again 250€. After the scabs dried I saw there's no density in my crown area (picture1). They said its my second session so they did 3000 grafts, another BS. They asked me for a review. And I wanted to wait and see the results first so I can give an honest review. Now after 6+ months I see very low density and scalp is visible (picture4). Some of the grafts came off after wash during 6 months (picture 5) and my money and the pain just gone in vain. It left me disappointed and angry because it took me a lot to go for 2 sessions of hair transplant, and it's for life, but they don't seem to care much. I won't recommend anyone this clinic.

Fantastic clinic. Had my hair transplant 6 months ago.. and the results are great!! Really.. don't get discourage after 3 months when all the transplanted hair falls off... after that is all the way up!! If you thinking about doing it.. stop thinking about it.. and do it.. you won't regret. I highly recommend este nove. Pictures as follow; 3 days after the operation, 12 days, 3 months (where the hair fall off) and last is 6 months after.

I book this clinic because the communication with Murat the coordinator was great while having my online consultation!He was understanding and very helpful.I felt that have no doubt left that need to choose this clinic, just felt right!Kardelen was doing fantastic job by updating you on what's app when,what is happening super organised! Arriving to the clinic been welcomed by Irem who was my translator she understood that I was very nervous and tried to put me to ease which helped by she being friendly,warm and very professional it was lovely having her around made the experience better also explained well the after care and best products can use for best results!Only reason I give 4 star and not 5 because I felt that some staff didnt checked the notes from my online consultation on what was discussed and agreed on, about the payment process(this later was resolved) also my pictures wasn't checked before my consultation&doctor didn't knew what was the problem area exactly.Very important when you getting marked don't let your nerves get better of you,make sure your problem areas will be all marked&covered.The doctor did beautiful job with front hairline I already love it hopefully all be successful! The extraction/transplanting team were lovely they made you super comfortable and they worked very hard to do the best job possible!The clinic was new and clean which helped!Thank you to EsteNove clinic staff for they hard work and that they made this a positive experience, now just waiting to heal and results to show the key is patience!

I went to este nove for my hair transplant after following them on Instagram for quite a while.. I saw the results in others and decided that I will do hair transplant there.. and I did. It's been 6 months now.. and have great results.. fantastic hair line and growth is great too. Don't get discourage after 3 months.. this is when the hair start growing again after falling off after the operation. Definitely recommend them. - point for driver being late to pick me up.. well.. thats the only bad point of my whole trip.

I had my procedure on August 10th (coming from Italy), so I can't fully comment on the results yet, but right now I'd like to share my experience. I arrived in Istanbul quite late; it was more or less 11:30 p.m. I had been added to a WhatsApp group where they had sent me written and visual instructions on how to get to the "delivery zone" (the place where they would pick me up). I went there; a guy was there waiting for me, and he called the driver. 10-15 minutes later, he was there waiting for me. He took me to the hotel, where I checked in more or less at midnight. I had been told that a nurse would come to my hotel to take a blood sample for hepatitis and HIV. the nurse came at 1am more or less (talk about 24/7 service!) I had my procedure the next day, in the morning (7:45 a.m.). i had breakfast from the hotel first (normal breakfast; nothing extraordinary but it wasn't bad either!) and off I went. The customer service was definitely a 15/10. i had Serena as my interpreter, who took me to the doctor's office and explained what could be done, etc. In the end, I didn't have a lot of hair density in my donor area, so the doctor recommended using what they could to cover most of the head but the crown (bummer). They recovered 3.5K grafts, and the entire procedure was quite fast; to be honest, it took more or less 4-5 hours. For my surgery (DHI), there were 3 technicians, the person who took the photos and my interpreter. The procedure was done by the technicians, but the doctor came to check on me a few times to see how things were going. They used a machine and manual procedure to gather the grafts from my donor area, and then they used the Choi pens to insert them in the transplanted area. They took turns and had shifts," so everyone was fully rested, and they really worked in a synchronized way! Afterward, they treat me lunch and explained the next steps for the day, how to sleep, etc. They gave me a package for more or less 1 month after treatment, and then the next day they cleaned my scalp, disinfected it, and showed me how to wash my head afterwards. They showed me some products (which i bought for basically 6 months, even though they will probably last for a year), and that's it. i'm about to finish my trip, but so far I'm quite happy with the follow-ups and also with the initial results of the surgery (i haven't even needed to take painkillers yet, but they gave me some pills that will help with all this). I had read many reviews about Este Nove, good and bad, and to be honest, the bad ones do not do them justice!

I travelled to Istanbul last week for a hair transplant at the Etenove clinic. At first, I had a lot of doubts about finding the correct clinic, but I'm grateful to DIlara for reassuring me. I was picked up at the airport, taken to a five-star hotel, and then transported via VIP to the clinic. Serana, who served as my translator and assisted me during the entire procedure, I met her during my surgery day. My hair transplant procedure was being assisted by a doctor and nurses. The  doctor did both my hair and my incession. Nurses handled the rest. Money spent wisely made me very pleased. They performed admirably. I’m a 60 year old male. Have been losing hair slowly since my 30’s. Always self conscious and never wanted to be in photos. Never like looking at myself in photos. Started researching HP clinics. Decided to go with Este Nove, Why? I did my research. I always don’t believe great reviews. I think that most are fake. Not these one. So what I did was message guys privately. Day or night It’s been 6 months since my procedure. I am so so happy with the results so far. Este Nove says it can take up to 12 months for better results. If I could give more stars I would ! I can’t recommend this team enough. From the very first phone appointment with Thomas I knew este nove is where I wanted to go for my hair transplant. He gave me such confidence and detailed step by step information on how the process works . Once paid I was added in to a WhatsApp chat immediately with the team who would be involved in my journey . Welcoming , supportive, informative, everything you would want! On arrival to Istanbul , I was meeted and greeted by a friendly private taxi driver and transported in a luxury Mercedes Vito to a very high standard 4 star hotel. The next day I was taken to este nove hospital , greeted by the team and informed me of the process via a brilliant translator who at every step intervened to inform me of what’s next all the way through . I met the doctor , we went through the relevant health information , drew on my desired hairline to his suggestion. Pre photos, I opted to shave my hair off , bloods taken , the process started. 6 hour procedure , 3,100 crafts. Was it painless ? The procedure itself was , however … the local anaesthetic needles were painful, sort of expected pain but this was next level , tattoo pain x10 lol but you get through it , rest of it was fine! Post operation I was issued paracetamol for swelling / pain ( I’d probably take something stronger with me if I ever have to go for a top up ). I was the transported back to the hotel, later in the evening I felt the aftershock … really bad headache n generally feeling pretty sick. This was expected as the head is a very sensitive area and just been through abit of trauma . The next morning I was transported back to the hospital for a clean and new bandage. Then I was given a step by step information pack , shampoo, serums . Last photos with the team , a nice chat with the team at este nove . What a great experience! Despite a little pain at stages. They follow up via WhatsApp weekly at first stage then once happy , every 3 month . If I have any queries they reply very fast ! Absolute fantastic team ! Massively appreciated! Results are absolutely fantastic, 6 months in and if this was my final result I’d take it now ! Another 6-12month until fully recovered stage but I’m happy as at 6 month .

What a fantastic company and experience. Only had it a couple of days ago but the professionalism, attentiveness and patience they had was much more than I expected. Numerous staff always in the room and my translator Baris was fantastic. The first couple of minutes are painful but after that I was asleep snoring away at times as it was painless. I can’t recommend this company enough to anyone wanting a HT and looking forward to the results
