The hospital is very clean, it is always cleaned, the reserve where I stayed had everything you need plus a bathroom, the nurses always come to see how you are and are always kind, Mrs. Delia who was the translator and who went with me to all the doctors before the operation is a sweet woman, Mr. Ugur who was always there with advice and answers to all questions and problems even before arriving in Turkey is a Super man and last but not least, in fact he is the main - Mr. Dr. AdemTopaloglu operates almost non-stop but has time to come every day to see how you are feeling and to even be funny and nice! I hope to continue to be well after this operation and come back, with pleasure! in control!!

I am one week post op, Gastric Sleeve, I had Dr Ali and him and his team were amazing. The nurses who looked after us couldn’t have been more attentive. Helin being one of my favourites with a smile to light any room. The tests pre op were great too! I had Mohammed as my interpreter and I couldn’t have wished for someone better. He really made sure we were comfortable and happy whilst we were there. If someone was to really want the same surgery I would definitely recommend Erdem and Dr Ali.

Before making a decision I did an intensive research and Erdem Hospital was the one that gave me the most confidence. It exceeded my expectations. Since Gul from office who's spoke with us on WhatsApp all the time, Dr. Ali, who came to us to see and explain everything that was happening, the attentive and very friendly nurses, worried if we had pain. On our floor there was often a translator if necessary and we also had Mohammed Matar (translator) who accompanied us in all the exams and bureaucratic issues. Three days after the surgery (sleeve-gastric) we went to the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel until it was time to go to the airport. Thanks Erdem...

Je me suis fait poser des implants 8 implants et 24 dents cela à durée près d un an 4 aller retour et en fin de compte très déçu la prothèse du haut me fait mal j' ai du mal à parler correctement et qui plus est 3 dents du bas se sont défaites quelques mois plus tard quand je leur ai signalé ils m on dit de revenir à mes frais c est a dire voyage plus hébergement pour revisser 2 implants sans évoquer ce qu ils comptaient faire pour les dents du haut . Je leur ai signifié mon désaccord quand à la non prise en charge de l hébergement et depuis c est silence radio .Au départ je ne devais faire que 2 voyages en fin de compte j en ai fait 4 et 1 qu ils ont annulé au dernier moment alors que j' avais payé mon billet parce que c était l aide .je suis très déçu de le attitude et de leur manque de professionnalisme.Ils m ont vendu du rêve , aujourd'hui je n' arrive pas a trouver un chirurgien dentiste en France pour pour au moins rescellé les dents du bas . Je vais tente de joindre un responsable à Erdem hospital pour voir quel solution il peut m apporter .sinon je serai obligé d y retourner à mes frais simplement pour qu ils me revisser les 2 implants qui à priori étaient mal ou pas assez vissé

My experience at Erdem was more than professional. I was anxious and apprehensive before my gastric sleeve surgery with Dr Ali but from the moment I arrived, the staff, nurses and doctor Ali put my mind at ease. I was very nauseous after my surgery and the nurses took such good care of me. Checking on me every hour, giving me anti nausea medication, checking my blood pressure, rubbing my back and helping me with breathing exercises while I was sick. They were so gentle and kind. Also my interpreter Mohammed was so so helpful and like a friend during my stay. I can’t recommend it enough if you’re thinking of this surgery.

I went there 3 years ago with knee pain. It hurt when I moved my knee. This happened after sports. Orthopedic Doctor said there was cartilage softening. When I asked the reason, he said it was unknown and that there was no need for a test, even though I insisted. And he gave me a box of edema medicine and sent me away. 3 years later, I went to Medipol for the same reason. After a few blood tests, the doctor said I had gout and gave me medication. Knowing both the reason and the call made me feel very relieved. I regret that I have suffered in vain due to my health problems that have occurred repeatedly for 3 years because of this hospital. I would give it lower, but I can give it at least 1 star.
