Very good experience with EsteNove which was recommended to me by an acquaintance. Full support from the airport - hotel - clinic, you feel like a VIP. I even got an extra night at the hotel at no cost to fit my flights. A special thank you to Lydia, who spoke French very well and who was my translator on the big day, Demze the next day took over for first aid, finally Sofian and the medical team followed me (from the beginning)/followed and will continue to follow me during this next year. At least I feel very supported. The only b-mol that I could put is that it is possible to take complementary products (like PRP treatment) of which I was not aware on the day of the operation, and that I did not have the cash on me so I had to pay by card with a surcharge. Aside from that, the price even in the macro formula remains very attractive given the number of quality intermediaries and the services 👏🏼👍🏻. I am very happy and I will come back if necessary for another transplant (very large area to cover ^^). Baptiste

My hair was very thin and weak for more than 10 years and I decided to get my hairtransplant last year. First my friend recommended this clinic and I looked online to reviews. My only hesitation was the anesthesia part but it wasn’t as painful as I expected. They really helped me to explain every step. The operation was pretty smooth and fast (around 6 hours). 5000 grafts were implanted. At first I thought if it is too much but right now both my donor area and implanted hair are looking very healthy. I can’t thank enough to Alara and Kubra for being there for me whenever I needed. Speacial thanks to medical team Typhoon and Busra for the hardwork.

EsteNove are very professional. They are always available for your questions or concerns and are very responsive. From the moment you arrive in Turkey until the moment you leave, they are there for you, taking care of transportation and hotel and transportation back and forth to the clinic. You don't have anything to worry about other than just showing up! The people at the clinic are very professional and my translator was very helpful and pleasant. I am still waiting for my results as it's only been about 5 weeks. But they walk you through the aftercare process and follow-up with you to make sure everything is going well.

I was a bit hesitant at first as I would be travelling to a completely different country. But from the initial consultation, through to the procedure and after care, the team put me to complete ease. Communication is on point, absolutely first class; they are happy to answer any questions during any time of the day. When I say they treat you as VIP, THEY TREAT YOU AS VIP. They know how to provide excellent customer service. The procedure itself was painless apart from maybe the first 10 minutes as they had to insert local anesthetic but after that its a breeze from there! The hospital is really clean, and I could not fault anything. It has been a year for me and I must say I am really feeling good about myself. The entire process has been immaculate and I am loving the hairline! I have full confidence in myself and the future is looking bright :) I would recommend anyone who is suffering from hair loss to trust Este Nove, speak to them and they will look after you. If I had to do it again I would because I am surrounded by a great team. How can I start this review.... Absolutely fantastic experience at Estenove. For those who are wondering if Turkey is safe, I had the same fears and turned out to be an excellent service from beginning to end. They pick you up at the airport very comfortably and bring you to your hotel, which is included in the price, and they make sure you are assisted while you are in turkey and after the operation. EVERYONE was so nice and helpful that I would go again if I had the chance. I just came back from Istanbul 13 days ago and I can say with every word, just do it at Estenove! I would like to express my gratitude to Este Nove for their perfect organisation regarding my hair transplantation. My first impression was the representative of the clinic Alara, who replied to my query so quickly and straight away we set a video appointment to discuss every step of the surgery. On my arrival in Istanbul I was taken with very luxury taxi to very nice hotel in Istanbul. The following day was my transplantation. I was met in front of the clinic of an official translator - Kübra, who was very helpful and was alongside me the whole day. I had an appointment with the doctor who was really professional and we discussed my expectations and set a plan for the transplantation. The whole staff was so nice and helpful. I had a what’s up group where I could share and ask everything I needed to know. In few words - this is the best hair clinic in Istanbul!

Incredible experience from start to finish. Everything is organised over WhatsApp prior to arrival in Istanbul. Picked up at the airport, taken to the hotel, then picked up from hotel, taken to clinic and then back to the hotel. They then take you the clinic for bandage removal and hair wash. Then take you go the airport. Very thorough process, they are attentive to every small detail. Warm and friendly as well. Ilayda was my translator and she was excellent. Couldn't recommend more!
