Impeccable hygiene clinic, driver service and hotel, Yasmine is a really welcoming interpreter and the post-operative information is top-notch, nothing to complain about, I had a pleasant stay, I recommend this clinic for a hair transplant while waiting for the result, I'm still there 👍 afterwards an arrival Friday December 15 and a return tomorrow December 18 thanks to Este Nove Clinique and Yasmine for this welcome and professionalism and thank you to the NAZ CITY hotel for their welcome and the little care for their customers 🙏🙏🙏

Dr. Zafer Centinkaya and his team are very professional & very efficient. The clinic has their process down to a science from the initial inquiry to the final results. My coordinator Yasmin, who walked me through the whole actual hair transplant process while in Istanbul at the clinic was absolutely professional and lovely. The 3 technicians who performed the extractions were also super efficient. Also want to give a shout out to Aykut who was the med technician who took off my bandages the 2nd day and performed the first head wash. He was super friendly and again . . . Efficient! A great experience all around and EsteNove made it very easy to fly in from another country to get a quality hair transplant. Thank You!

I am nearly 7 months into my journey and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. I couldn’t recommend Este nove highly enough. The experience I had from the minute I got off the plane to the minute I got back on was 10/10 and everything went as smooth as it could go. Even now after 6 months they are still checking up on my results. Everything they have said that will happen from month to month has been correct. The hotel that I stayed in was so nice and clean. The staff make you feel so welcome at the hotel and the clinic and make everything go so smooth. For anyone thinking of getting a hair transplant my advice is don’t think about it and just book it, and make sure you book with Este nove as I will be forever grateful for them. They are amazing!!

If you need a hair transplant look no further! From my first interaction with Jack I’ve always felt valued. Questions are answered promptly and truthfully with no sneaky sales tactics. Today was my transplant day and although I flew in a couple of days early to a hotel of my own choice (as opposed to their recommended choices) transfers were arranged from the airport to the hotel and hotel to the hospital. Upon arriving at the hospital I was greeted by Polen who stayed with me throughout the important parts of the procedure. She’s a great asset to the company with a bubbly personality and made my day much easier. The procedure itself was straightforward with minimal wait times and the doctors and medical team doing their utmost to keep me comfortable. Now I just need to wait for the results which I have no doubt will appear in due course. EsteNove it was a pleasure!

I have recently had my transplant at EsteNove and I just wanted share my experience so far. This clinic was recommended by a friend and I am so happy I decided to go with them. Firstly, when I reached out I was contacted back by Batuhan who took the time out to call me rather than just exchange messages over WhatsApp like most clinics, making it feel more personalised. He was very honest and transparent in answering the questions I was asking and extremely reassuring to my concerns. Anytime I had any issues he would schedule a call or be at hand via WhatsApp for a quick response. Once I was happy with my plan determined by Batuhan I secured my slot/date of surgery, paid the deposit(which is valid for 2 years btw, so if you have to reschedule, you have some reassurance there) and once I booked my flights, it continued to be smooth sailing. I was added to a WhatsApp group with the pre op and after care team who was very detailed in everything I needed to know and were communicating with me through my whole stay about pick up times etc They had all my flight details, so all transfers were pre organised from the moment we landed, to and from the hospital and back to the airport for my departure which made the experience stress free. The hotel organised was Naz City Hotel Taksim which is 4 star. You can bring a friend like I did or your partner/family member etc with no extra charge which is another differentiator from other clinics who want to charge extra. The hotel was comfortable with very accommodating and friendly staff. The restaurant is opened 24/7 and the breakfast though limited on choice was still a nice bonus to have prior to my surgery, which is definitely recommended to have as it’s a long day. The day of the surgery I was introduced to the team. I was greeted by MD Mehmet Ziroglu who was very friendly, accommodating and talked me through the whole process. We then decided on the hairline. You can see he takes pride in creating the most natural hairline for the client with precision. I was then met by the amazing interpreter Polen, who was an absolute gem of a human being. She is the most bubbly, down to earth and empathic person who will truly make you feel at ease on such a nerve wrecking day. I don’t think I could have done the day as well without her. I opted for DHI and had an experienced team performing the surgery regularly checked up on by MD Mehmet. I won’t lie and say the injections of the anaesthesia didn’t hurt, it did, however I had the lovely Polen by my side to reassure me and talk me through everything that was happening. Once the anaesthesia sets in the rest of the procedure is pain free just a little uncomfortable at times. The after care is phenomenal and I’m very grateful. I was provided medication (painkillers, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory) a reusable ice pack, a temp neck pillow to use first night as you will ooze and a very comfortable neck pillow to use from day 2-12. Repair foam and shampoo for the first 15 days, a certificate of warranty, and an after care folder on all the information you need that are crucial for your recovery and first few weeks etc. Polen also went through additional after care for purchase and I opted for the 12 month which included everything required for the year such as the meso serum & Dermaroller set/multivitamins/finasteride/repair shampoos, serum, foam etc. Set me back an additional £800 but worth it. I wanted leave Istanbul with everything I needed for my after care without having to worry about buying additional products etc at home. Tip - pay everything in cash to avoid the 10% commission fee. Last day was the first wash and goodbye. You have 12 month after care too included, easily reached via the WhatsApp group they set up pre op. I know I’ve just recently had my transplant and results are pending but I will be updating my progress. However my experience so far is definitely 5 stars. I want to share my experience, I completed a hair transplant with 5000 grafts. From the start to the end the team have been so professional. I knew exactly what was going on and had all the information in what's app. The hospital was clean and doctor/technicians were very informative. They wanted to get me the best result and they did. The hotel was amazing and provided a great accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful. Baris, Irem and serena were my translators and they made my experience seemless and comfortable, they all were very professional and made me feel like a king . I knew what was next and what I need to do to heal my head. Special thanks to baris and serena for putting in the extra mile and making sure I was satisfied. They was amazing I recommend him.it is easy to put barriers in the way when coming to another country but knowing you have these excellent translators to inform you of everything and follow you around making sure you are comfortable beats doing it in your own country. This is the best in Turkey and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Almost one year after the hair transplant and I'm really satisfied with the results. The clinic guided me through the whole process and also helped me with any questions I had after I went back home for this whole time.

Honestly 9/10 excellent clinic, nothing to say, perfect hotel, punctual shuttle, and above all I was welcomed by the charming Yasmine who is SUPER KIND AND LISTENING!!! (The only downside is the credit card payment fees are an exuberant 280th in addition to the total bill)
