I travelled to Istanbul Turkey Jan 17th alone for Gastric Sleeve surgery. From the beginning of my consultation 5 months ago I have had a fantastic experience. I chose to go with Erdem Hospital and Dr Ali Solmaz after research and recommendations. I was excited to start this journey but afraid also. I was picked up at the airport in a luxury car and transported to the hospital. I was greeted by an interpreter immediately who went through the process with me. I was then taken to my room which was clean and comfortable with own toilet/shower etc (basic but fine). Tests began immediately in the evening from blood tests, cardiograph, and was started on blood thinners. The next day was early start. I was introduced to Dr Ali Solmaz who was lovely. The tests continued, CT scan, and so much more. Very thorough. I was cleared for surgery that day. The surgery went well and i felt very safe. Throughout the nurses were amazing they couldn’t do enough for you. The translator that I met were excellent and were at hand throughout. The surgeon and his team absolutely amazing. I cannot thank them enough. I have been provided with all medication for 1 month. On day 3 I was transferred to the Double Tree Hilton Hotel which is beautiful. I start my journey to a healthier thinner life and snyone considering this surgery 100% recommended Erdem Hospital. Thank you 🙏

Where do I begin , everything from booking my operation to having it done was so easy . I can't say enough good things about all the staff in the Erdam they go above and beyond for everyone . I was nervous before I went but they put me at ease .Nothing was ever too much bother for them . It's been a pleasure to have used them , great service great workers . Me hice una manga-gastrica con el Doctor Adnan hace 4 días, la recuperación y el trato del doctor y la traductora excelente. Me encantaron! Algunas enfermeras un poco bordes y muy frías, pero por lo menos una de ella fue un encanta ( que llevaba un pañuelo turco el la cabeza ), siempre con una sonrisa y preocupada por mí. Debería de haber más con ella.Quiero agradecerle especialmente al Sr. Onurcan Şar por su gestión en tiempo real y atención empatica. ¡Todo ha sido maravilloso!

Aunque no hablo turco, mi experiencia en Erdem fue muy....muy.....pero muy buena , una de las traductoras,Hanim Celik, me estaba esperando, fue muy amable y paciente al explicarme todas las veces que los médicos iban a realizar los procedimientos y nunca se fue de mi lado, puramente increíble…de echo es la segunda vez que estoy en Turquía con mi primo ,tía y un amigo que han realizado uno de ellos implantes Hollywood smile y el otro amigo Hollywood smile ya terminado que nos vamos todos el lunes mi tía realizo tratamiento de botox y 👄 y yo también y quedamos satisfechos todos una saludo muy grande Graciassss por todo sois los mejores recomendado por mi y mi famila ♥️

Very disappointed following the installation of complete top and bottom implants, the upper teeth hurt and made it difficult for me to speak correctly and 3 lower teeth came loose 3 months later, when I reported the problem to them they told me to go back to my Travel costs plus accommodation, just to screw back the implants which a priori were loose. While the first time on the phone they told me that everything would go well I will only need to come twice just to pay for the plane ticket. They made me come 4 times and canceled 1 trip 2 days before which I could not get a refund because I had not taken out cancellation insurance and today they are telling me to reconsider at my travel costs no more accommodation simply to tighten the implants on the prostheses I have restarted it several times to tell them my disagreement at least that they take care of the accommodation and since then it has been radio silence for that I do not recommend Erdem hospital no advice they have an obligation to advise on means and results but this was not the case I am very disappointed with their attitude
